Waste of time, waste of money. I went in on Saturday and got a gel mani and pedi, which I waited an hour for, then another hour to be finished. They had two ladies working on me, one of them was much older and she did a horrible job on my gel manicure. The pedicure I have no complaints about. On Monday, only three days of wear, my gel mani is lifting. Tuesday, the paint is chipping off. Wednesday, it looks like I haven’t had my nails done in weeks. I paid extra for this service because gel manicures and supposed to outlast a regular manicure. Not the case here. I won’t be back.

I showed up really late on a Friday dreading getting a pink and white fill. The owners nephew had me in and out within 1.5 hrs and they are the best they have looked in a long time. No visible nail underneath, clean white smile lines and just enough flair.

I have only been to this nail salon twice. Both times I was not satisfied with the work I got. The first time I had a full set with gel and the gel chipped that some day. This last time, I was there 5 days ago. I got a full set and wanted my nails round and pointy and she left them very uneven, acrylic all over my fingers, she didn’t even clean my cuticles, my nails look like I’ve had them done 2 weeks ago. They look horrible. I thought I would give this place a try again since the first time I wasn’t satisfied but now I’m convinced that I’m not going back. Very messy job. I should be leaving a nail place with a nice set of nails and clean job not me having to go home and try clean off the acrylic and shape them evenly. I posted a picture of my nails so you can see what I’m talking about

Do not go here. I went for a pedicure and paid the upgrade to 27 $ and still had dry and cracked heels. I asked why they didn’t use the tool that would shave off the dry skin. She told me they didn’t use that and to just apply Vaseline nightly. Really??! For what I paid, I should have left with soft heels but instead walked out dissapointed! Don’t waste your time or $$

Thus place is the best in San Jacinto. The staff are very nice. They actually pat attention and listen to what you want. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

They aren’t the friendliest place. You can walk in the door and stand there for five minutes before being acknowledged. You feel like your bothering them. That’s actually why I stop going there.

This place is absolutely horrible. This is the second time I have come here for a pedicure. The first time I was not pleased but I believe in giving a business a second chance. First off they are extremely unfriendly– they appear«put out» every time a customer walks in because it takes time away from them reading a book or watching TV. My pedicure started off with some refreshing cold water in the tub and a massage chair that felt like it was realigning my spine. The lady then asked me if I wanted my toenails filed or cut– to which I said filed. This was my bad because I did not know that when I said filed it meant she would file them down but not bother to make them even with the other foot. She appeared insulted when I asked her if she could please make my toenails EVEN. I chalk this up to a possible language barrier but oh well. The up-selling drives me nuts but you get that at every salon. My lovely pedicure was almost cut short when my lady handed over a tool she was using to file my nails, over to the lady and her client next to me. Unfortunately this man(the client) next to me was also getting a pedicure and clearly had a fungus or some kind of toe death(I know this because I could not stop staring in awe). Thankfully my lady asked for it back quickly to finish my other foot otherwise I would have walked out right then and there had she tried to use it on me after this man. My favorite part at any salon is the hot towel and pseudo-leg massage. The lady started massaging lotion into my feet and said«that feel good?» to which I replied«yes» followed by her immediately ending the pseudo-massage. I am assuming that if it feels good then you are already getting better service than they hope to deliver so they stop. All in all I feel like I could have done a better job on my toenails at home. This place is not the cleanest nail salon around, but I have a strong immune system so I was up for the challenge. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere– or pay a family member/friend to paint your nails for you… because in the end it will probably look better if not the same.

I can’t believe I didn’t review them when Hannah saved my nails!!! Thank god for Hannah! I went to some other salon with some other«nail artist» and came out with some monstrosity(I posted a before and after pic). I came in explained my situation and showed her my horrible nails! She literally gasped! And she just looked at me like omg what the hell did she do to you? Everyone one at the salon couldn’t believe how messed up my nails were! She just said don’t worry I’ll fix them for you!!! It didn’t take much to take off the old flimsy nails !! She was so nice and courteous and made me feel so relaxed!!! She did such an awesome job I hugged her afterwards! I will always come here!!!

I love both Don and Hannah — they will stay late to help get my nails and toes done. They do a wonderful job on my gel manicure.

Came here a few weeks ago, with a friend to get pedicures. Wish I’d went elsewhere. The woman who did my pedicure was so unfriendly I honestly felt like getting up and leaving before she even started. In fact, had the man who did my friend’s nails not been so nice, I would have done just that. After she was done going through the motions like a robot, she just got up and walked off without a word. Once the man was done with my friend, he helped me with putting on my flip flops, gathering my belongings etc. So I tipped him. Oh, and at almost $ 30 for the cheapest pedicure, this place is no bargain. More expensive than places in Orange County or Palm Springs. No thanks!
