So me and the family in Hemet ordered this pizza tonight. They were fans but I’ve got to say; I’ve had better, I’ve had worse, but for $ 36 for 1 X-Large and 1 Small Pizza… I was expecting A LOT more than what it was. We had sausage/peperoni/bacon on one and Hawaiian on the other. Pizza’s are made with thin crust which is fine in of itself; just put some more cheese on it and if need be make the crust thicker to accommodate the weight of the cheese. Both lacked enough cheese and the quality I was hoping for; while I grant it’s better than the chain places(dominoes etc.) it’s not quite where it needs to be. I’m holding out high hopes though my family likes this mom and pop business. So here’s to hoping they increase the quality on the ingredients…(can you say. use REAL mozzarella maybe).
