My wife had her hair done two times, by Sheri and by Tina. The first visit was for a color correction and Sheri saved the day literally. Their work is masterful and we are very pleased. Their prices were very reasonable and perhaps a bargain for the quality. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. Look no further if you want to invest in you and deserves no less than the best workmanship and… um…AMBIANCE!

I went to a new salon after I saw a co-worker’s hair that had a beautiful color. She sent me to see Kristal Mohammed who went out of her way to get me an appointment on a last minute circumstance. My hair turned out beautifully. The salon itself is very warm and inviting. The décor was very nice. I can see why it’s called Ambiance. They had hot tea and coffee available and the salon smelled terrific with a scent warmer in the waiting area. I am so glad I came across this gem and the person who did the magic on my hair. Go see Kristal Mohammed who does a beautiful color and style.

I called Kristal in tears with a complete hair disaster emergency caused by another salon and Kristal stayed until 9pm to fix it for me that same day… She is a passionate stylist who truly cares about her clients. I am a client for life! Love her!

This review is overdue. Went there last november to have my hair color. Otti was helpful even though she looks new to this salon. She gave reccomendation for highlights and i was very happy with the result. But had to give them 4 star because the product they used are not good quality i can tell because after visiting this salon, my hair falls off and everytime i wash my hair its always tangled. They should change their product.

Went to Cheri to get my hair done she made my hair turn out amazing. First time going Redmond I was worried on how it would turn out but I loved the way it turned out. She’s very nice and she’s not aggressive great for someone who has a sensitive head. The salon is very clean and cozy I will defiantly go back to Cheri.

I recently had RAYCHEAL Do my brows. And color my hair. She took my brows from ugly and shapeless to super cute. She mapped out my brows first and showed me where they should be and then worked her magic. She is an ARCH expert ! She also covered my hair with a beautiful shiny shade of black. Very professional and very clean shop. if you want beautifully arched brows ask for Raycheal

Went here my first time a few months go, I had the pleasure of having Cheri do my hair! She did an amazing job highlights low lights and some red peek-​a-​boos! She got me in and out quickly, I would recommend her to all my friends! Beautiful salon too! Professional setting! Good price!

I searched for da good hair salon to get rid of a really bright ugly red I had in my hair. I wanted a nice ombré, I had Pam doing my hair, and she wasn’t able to get it the first try but she was able to get rid of the red, I went back a couple more times, free of charge to get what I originally wanted. She is great! Everyone at this salon is so nice and friendly, I love it here!

Oti is the best! I wanted to try something new and different from my usual highlights. I’ve been a loyal customer of Oti’s for some time now and she recommended a subtle ombré to begin with. I fell in love with the golden brown color she gave me! I know I can count on her best judgement when it comes to trying something new. The salon is welcoming and professional. I recommend this place to anyone and especially Oti!

Usually this place is amazing. I would get my hair cut by Pam but this last time I went in couldn’t get an appt with her so I was out with Oti. Is one of the worst hair cutting experiences I’ve had. So uneven the right side is like than the left and I had asked her to start my layers right below my jaw and she cut an inch above. I feel like my hair looks like a mullet. I wanted to go back to get it fixed but it seemed like they were bothered at the fact that I had the nerve to day something. I ended up going to the hair studio by kc to get it fixed! THEY were amazing.

Candace is AMAZING! She been cutting coloring and styling my wife and I’s hair for over 10 years. She is a true artist! Always creating fun and colorful new styles for my hair. I wear my hair short so it’s always fun to see what new color cut and design she has in store. If you want fun and creative hair, she is your go to gal!

I drove about 80 miles to this salon after finding Karla on Instagram (@kcrunswscissors) and she didn’t disappoint. She also works at another salon in Glendale but that salon is too over priced for me. Ambiance prices are much more affordable. Karla was very sweet & gave me the results I was hoping for. I was extremely happy with my hair. It was my first time getting a full Ombré & the lightest I’ve ever dared to go on my hair and I love it! Definitely worth my drive.

Love this place. Have been going to Karla for many many years. She is the ombré queen. But it doesn’t stop there. She’s a great stylist and over all colorist. I don’t trust anyone but her with my hair. She’s also great at color correction (never needed it though since she’s been my colorist). Highly recommend.
