so for anyone that scrolled down to see that tip saying «closed!!!,» this place is still open.
I didn’t catch the mans name who was working at the time, but he was very friendly from the moment I walked in and engaged in conversation with myself and another customer. he frequently checked on me as I browsed. I didn’t have any plans on buying anything, but when a game for my kid caught my eye, he was able to give me a lot of insight on it without me having to pull out my phone and look up reviews.

Much better than the other one. This one answers the phone.

First I would like to say that the staff is always friendly and helpful. Anything I have ever looked for at this store is there and ready to go.
That being said, since the woman that was manager left, this customer service has gone way way way down. The last few times I have been in this store I have had to wait from well over 20 mins in an unnecessary line. One person working the counter, when there are three employees in the store, is no way to run a store. The manager should not come out of the back room, see the line and turn around. What ever he was doing in the back, is not as important as the customers waiting 5 deep. As a Manager of a retail store, this would never fly where I work. Customers always come first. I’ll be taking my business into Menifee or Murrieta store from now on.

Staff is very friendly and helpful just like in any Gamestop that you visit. I have never had a problem with this store except that they sometimes only have one person working with a bunch of angry customers.
