Yogurtland

Passed by last night, right at closing time and the girls at yogurtland reopened just so my boyfriend and I could get some yogurt. Really appreciated it. They were super sweet, didn’t seemed bothered at all.
Love this place.

Who doesn’t love froyo! Yogurtland is awesome but the staff here is very very rude. The employees don’t know how to talk to customers and always give you a cold shoulder. The manager (or person in charge) was weird also. Don’t get me wrong, the yogurt and toppings are delicious but you might wanna pass if good customer service is something you’re looking for.

Came here last night with my sister 1÷1÷16. My sister and I love this place. The place had about 10 people inside it was around 11pm that we went for some yogurt. The place was some what clean. There wasn’t much toppings. I assume because of the time. I thought they would close soon. Anyway I was reaching to get my favorite toppings Oreos. Until I notice a long hair. I told the lady that there was a hair inside. I asked kindly to get a new batch or fresh batch. She started to give me an attitude/​ROLL EYES. I reacted and told her that she needs to get me a new batch. The long hair was unacceptable. She then switched it out. I was upset that she didn’t want to change it. I was grossed out and didn’t get that topping after all.
I paid for my order. She asked me if I like the receipt. I definitely was going to get it so I know the employee name.
Word of advise to Esther (employee of Yogurtland) — Do not give attitude/​roll eyes to any of your customers. That is definitely not a team player. I am pretty sure if you went to some restaurant and saw hair on your food, you definitely would not eat it. So make sure to always have a great positive attitude.

My family and I enjoy this place. The flavors are good, the guy that helped us was really nice.

Horrible. I dislike having to ask for a sample cup and they only hand you one. Like am I supposed to sample all flavors with one sample cup, that is not sanitary at all. Its really sugary yogurt as well. Avoid this place. It is waaaayyy to small too. Super uncomfortable.

Nothing can beat a cup of yogurt in a hot day. Today it was hot and after having chicken wings next door I decided on trying this place out.

People complain about the cost of the Yogurt like it is suppose to be for free. The owners of such businesses have obligation, expenses and overheads to pay. If you want cheap then stop whining like Donald Trump and head on to Rite-​Aid.

Ordered the catered ToGo Party Pack — excellent! Celebrated my daughters 18^th birthday with a large group and relaxed in their patio. Loved the catered box. Chose my toppings and flavor yogurt. It was perfect for our group. Staff was very friendly, nice, and accommodating. Thank you Yogurtland for making our evening and celebration fun and special.

Yogurtland never disappoints. Always cool and refreshing!
The location is easily accessible by bus train or car. It’s in the heart of the city of San Fernando.

An almost $ 7.00 for a small cup, it was criminal! I could of gotten a better price at Menchies across the street, or buy purchasing a half gallon at my local market… No more, sorry. = (

Loved this spot! The staff was very friendly and the store very clean, which is always a good thing! There were plenty of flavors to choose from as well as lots of places to sit! It will give munchies, which is right across the street, a good run for it money! Hands down my new favorite place for yogurt!

So happy they opened up this yogurtland because the one in panorama is getting ghetto and dirty lol I hope they keep this location clean and keep the fruits and candy stocked up

Where do I start … Most of their flavors didn’t work! Asked if they can fix the machines and no one seem to know what they were doing. As I approached to the cash register to pay she was over charging me, asks me for here or to go? And I said to go. So as I’m waiting for her to give me lids she just stands there and so I asked her can I have them to go? She then says your not with him ??? I said no. Just any random guy holding lids. And asks me once again as if I’m stupid. So she cancels my entire order thinking I was with this other guy and has charged me his entire order! She then closes my containers and as I’m placing them in the bag they fall apart. I asked who her manager was? … He happens to be standing next to her the entire time and does not apologize nor helps me or does ANYTHING !!! Never again will I go there !!! Menchies is way better ! And across the street!!! They need better training, and not hire kids!

Awesome flavors and toppings. The owner is young and very friendly.
The parking is fine for now but I can see when the other restaurants open it will be pack.
