This is a good boutique store. Sales reps were attentive. I spoke with Natasha who helped me order a few items from other Lacoste stores(they only carry the latest items). I’m still waiting on my order but I think I made sound decisions in terms of sizing with her assistance. She was very thorough when it came to getting everything coordinated to ship to my home. I would definitely shop here again, perhaps I would also try the outlet store in Camarillo just to see what’s available since most of the stuff I ordered at this store came from outlets. All in all a good experience. And if the items don’t fit/are not to my liking I can return directly to the boutique store where I bought them! Great service. A+

Now that the summer is at its end, I was having an impossible time finding much of anything left in the way of Lacoste polo shirts in the major department stores. Added to this, I buy only the athletic cut, which is nearly impossible to find even throughout the spring and summer months. Then I remembered that there was a Lacoste boutique in Woodland Hills. They had every color and size I wanted in-stock at this location.(I bought 6.) Also, anything they might not have in stock can be shipped to you(from the nearest store with quantities on hand) within a few days at no additional cost. I’d never waste another minute looking for Lacoste in the major department stores. Note that the regular retail price at the boutique is identical to what you’d pay elsewhere, barring sales. The store manager(Natasha) was awesome, knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy.

Ive been buying lacoste religiously for the past 6 – 7 years or so, so I am a bit bias. I just love their clothes. Ill be honest though. They will probably hate me for saying this but unless your buying black or white the polo’s arent worth the price tag if you buy them at retail. Wait for a sale. at 58 – 67 bux they are worth every penny. Not so much at $ 79.50−92. On to the service. The service is why I will buy exclusively at this location. Rose, Tran Ahm, and Tahid will take really good care of you, whether you drop a ton of money or are just there to buy a pair of socks. They are always friendly and are very honest to answer any questions you may have. They also dont push you to buy items. In all seriousness the service here is among the best ive received at any retail store front anywhere ive been in the US.

I love their colognes and their stuff(wish I could afford them more often! gggrrrr) anyway the young man there today was GREAT! always smiling didn’t discriminate my fam and I for being hispanic and obviously looking like we are broke! lol that is reality and I know that is what the 90% of the people that us walk in there thought, they probably laughed at us thinking we were lost or something. Anyway their new cologne in the new red bottle is AMAZING!!! OMGOMG seriously it is. They got it last week and it is DELICIOUS. Very small store but they have a little bit of everything you might want or like to have. I was just pleased with the service this employee gave us. NOT for one minute did he make me feel like I didn’t belong in there and that to me is GREAT customer service. PS. We had gone to LV before that and the girl there had a face on like saying«get he F OUTOFHERE you poor people» smh so sad but yea. Anyway love LACOSTE!(:

This is a pretty small Lacoste store. I’m a fan of their shoes and they didn’t really have any.
