DO NOT BUY THERE. They are a bunch of crooks, They ripped me off, sold me a car and lied to me. It’s the biggest mistake I ever made.

Fraud warning… they will tell you everything you want to hear just so you will sign the contrect…
This is my first bad Unilocal review I am giving after 2 years of using it…
The salesman name Zen gave me fake information about the car and about the rebate system, after 6 hours of convincing me to get 2 cars I sign the contracts and went home… I came back to the dealership 2 days after finding one of the car we got didn’t came with features he promised and also that the rebate he said everybody gets ended two weeks ago and now there is no assurance at all if you 2500 or even some of it… my car is an ev soul and he promised that charging it over night will get at list half battery full… my car was charged only 10% after 12 hours of charging… for this claim is answer was that in some house the charger doesn’t work as well as others (some thing he never mentioned before)
After talking to his manager who treated with very poor attitude and told me it’s my problem and backed the salesperson lies by saying he was there (me or any of my friends who were with me saw him at all that day) and that it’s our fault for not understanding completely…
I highly recommend you to find another kia dealership
Or any other one but if they still were able to sell you… Read the contrect throughly and ask every thing… also what ever you got promise ask it in writing… good luck

Bought my KIA Soul here 6 years ago. Continue to get great service. You have an awesome team in the service department: Manny, Flor, David and all. Nice to have a place I can trust to bring my car to.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!
I just leased 2 NEW CARS from them when I was given false information! Both cars that we test drove wasn’t the cars that we got, also they explained and promised us a few false things verbally just for us to sign. When we came back after a 2 DAYS to confront them they didn’t care and they said that all of us (me and my family) misunderstood them. I would not recommend going there for anything.

I Leased soul EV and got ripped off, by getting not what i asked for along with FALSE information throughout all the time I’ve been there.
The manager of this place is a very rude person. I recommend all the people who looking to buy Kia, NOT to visit this dealership. And especially not to lease or buy anything from this dealership.

Sadly… we went in to purchase a 2016 Kia Soul… we immediately became invisable… interesting not a soul… even acknowledged that we were there… sad for them!!! Sorry they lost out… we did drive to another dealer and was able to purchase my dream car!!!
Sherman Oaks need to wake up!!!

Came in with the exact make and model car we wanted in mind. First off noticed how tiny this place is, however they had a few of what we were looking for. Not once did anyone come out and ask if we need help etc. Ok so we go inside and stand around what looked like a used car lot office. As we were waiting I heard all about another customer in the lobby and her «650 credit score» since they decided to have the door wide open to an office. One would think they’d like to keep that info private, it certainly was none of my business. Anyways we continue to wait another 10 minutes, not one single time did anyone ever acknowledge us, look at us, say a peep to us and trust me there were plenty of staff on hand. Perhaps this was a good thing as we ended up going to the next closest Kia dealership for our location in Simi Valley and got an amazing deal on the exact make, model, color and interior we were looking for. Guaranteed I’ll never set foot in this location again and would advise anyone else to look elsewhere.

Kia Sherman oaks is by the far the friendliest and best Kia dealership in town. I dealt with probably the worst sales man ever at another Kia and drove straight here and had amazing help! Zen, you’re the best. Walked in on Memorial Day when it was so busy and still received amazing service from everyone there. Thank you Kia Sherman oaks and zen! I love my Kia!

Came in looking for a Kia Soul EV and was helped by Jack. We’re wondering about our lease options and Jack was able to help us go through the prices. He was also very technical and was able to answer all my questions about the car. We left with Kia Soul EV as our number one option for our future EV.

Can I just say this was them worst experience I have had with KIA service. Yesterday I brought my car in because It was having trouble occasionally starting. It took me 2 weeks to get this appt. I checked my car in early for an 8:30 with the manager, Manny, and was quoted for the service but never estimated time. I figured they are busy and will call later.
I call around 3ish and Manny says the technician went to lunch but will be back in half an hour still no diagnosis. I figure they will call or I will just call at 4
Still no response I call at 5 and the lady on the phone said Manny has left for the day! Oh and maybe they didn’t get back to me because they were in a long meeting. I feel as a customer I deserved at least a phone call to say something like, «We didn’t have time for your car today, we will look tomorrow.»
I will never do service with them again.

Another great experience at Kia Sherman oaks, dropped off my Kia for an oil change and some warranty repairs yesterday morning without an appointment, it got done same day, this place is awesome

I have purchased a new car from them and been very happy with professionalism throughout the whole process.

I lease my kia sorrento through casa cars and my lease so far has been amazing. The man who sold me the car did an amazing job. Which is why I give 2 stars. I’ve been to kia service department 3 times and every single time I go everyone who works there looks like they don’t give 2 shits about there jobs. I can’t say they were completely rude but I can say they were not friendly at all! The first two times I went they said it would only take an hour to hour and a half. I was there for 4 hours first time second time 5 hours. 4 hours with a toddler!!! Had I known from the beginning it was gonna be 4 hours I would have left. I’ll give them credit for my last visit it only took 2 hours.

Best dealer with great customer service!!! After going to Car Pros Kia in Glendale & having dealt with the worst salesman that was just money hungry I came here. Jesus is the best salesman ever, he doesn’t pressure you into getting things, he’s very understanding and gave me a great deal. I went to purchase my 2012 Kia Optima that I was leasing but ended up leasing a 2016 optima since he gave me a great deal. If you come here go to Jesus any questions you have he has the answer and he will help you out! Also Manny from the service dept is the best!

This place was awful. Literally had made an appointment and from the start the staff was extremely unwelcoming and judgmental, minus the girl who did my test drive. Such an awful place with no parking lot at all. In the end they denied me a deal and sent me away with no offers and no solution. Went to Keyes down the street and left with an awesome car with an actual friendly staff. Constantly just heard the staff at Kia Sherman oaks complaining about customers and discussing how much more they got out of customers. They didn’t even offer me water. A joke of a place. Literally go anywhere else on Van Nuys Blvd, they will help you more.

Called to see if I could get a walk-​in for a scheduled maintenance checkup several months ago. And the receptionist replied «Oh we’re not accepting walk-​ins today.»
Today I called and SAME RESPONSE. Ummm I’m sorry I must have misunderstood, I thought you guys were running a business here. Silly me.
Thankfully after reading the reviews I’m REALLY glad I didn’t go here today.
Anyone other Unilocalers who have had a negative experience with this place, I suggest Kia of Downtown.

I went to the Kia dealership a couple of times before I purchased my car and was blown away by the warm and friendly atmosphere displayed by Robert and his team. Jesus was our designated salesman and his hospitality and attention to detail is outstanding.
Jesus took the time and care to walk us through the models the dealership had on display, and although we weren’t ready to make a deal straight away he was very accommodating. He has a vast knowledge of the cars on offer and was able to answer all the questions my wife and I had. We’re not massive card nerds, and Jesus did an excellent job of dismantling all of the jargon and explaining things in an easy and understandable way.
However, what attracted me most to this dealership, Roberts team, and in particular Jesus, was the exceptional customer service. Jesus didn’t extrude the pushy salesman vibe you often get from other dealerships and treated us like stars even when we weren’t quite ready to buy yet. This was incredibly important for my wife and I, and was ultimately one of the reasons why we decided to opt for Kia.
Jesus went over and beyond what we would expect from a car salesman and we’re delighted with his service. I thoroughly recommend this Kia dealership and in particular Roberts team and Jesus.

Yesterday I was able to purchase a Kia Optima with the help of a very special lady name Kelly. She help me find a car within my budget. I was going to finance it through the credit union, but Kia was able to give me a lower interest rate which was better for me. Thank you Kelly and the team. You were great.
