My family has been talking our dry cleaning here for years and never had any problems. I went in today (Tuesday) to see if there was any way to get some dresses cleaned for a viewing and funeral. I should have taken them in much sooner, but I was distracted by the planning and the loss. The lady was so kind and willing to try and have them done by tomorrow, without taking advantage and charging me more (even though I offered to pay more). The kindness and compassion of the person who helped me will have me continuing to use them for years and recording them to all my friends and family.

Myself, along with my fiancé, and his family have been coming to this place for many years and we have no complaints. It’s convenient for us b/​c it’s local and we like to support this local small business. It’s also reasonably priced and they complete the orders in a timely fashion. My fiancé has had his clothes and uniforms hemmed and repaired on many occasions with no mess ups. The employees are always courteous and nice :)

Dry Cleaning services: average, reasonably priced
Alterations: fair pricing, very selective on what they alter though. I brought by a beaded shirt that had lost some beads (I had the replacements) and they told me they wouldn’t alter it because «it would take too much time.» I took it to another store and it took 20mins.

I’m horribly sad to report that after relying on this place for tailoring throughout the years that I will have to go elsewhere. The person doing it can’t sew a straight seam to save her life. I had to ask them to do it over 3 times because it was shockingly crooked. I asked for my pants back so I could just take them somewhere else. They have had my pants for a total of 3 weeks. They made excuses about the fabric and I told then that what they were telling me was unacceptable. They would not allow me to keep the pants unless I paid for the badly done repairs. Next time I have the pants in my hands I am leaving either that or I will protest it with my credit
card.

I’m a fan. I go here about once a month. The owners are extremely polite and the staff is great– they’ve even helped my hem a few pants.
TIP: Get the membership card, it’s already paid off.

I have never had the need to have anything dry cleaned before but I had never heard a bad review on this place. So as far as I know, their dry cleaning in itself is fine. However, my mom had bought me a drop dead gorgeous $ 200 dress (this was pretty special since we had never spent even half of that amount on a dress before) to go to a ball out in San Diego. Unfortunately, this gorgeous dress was 3 – 4 inches too long for my vertically challenged self.
Since this place is practically within walking distance we went in and asked if they would hem it. The said absolutely and had me put it on and they stuck their little pins in at the length I had desired. I picked it up the day of the ball (mistake on my part waiting until the last day) and when I tried it on at home, my mom and I were devastated.
This gold dress originally was floor length with a sheer layer of a darker gold material, covered in sequins and intricate designs. They had ‘altered’ it all right. For over $ 30 they had shortened only the sheer part ridiculously above the length we had agreed on with them, and it was incredibly poorly done (very uneven). This lead to a horrific evening of me trying to fix my once almost-​perfect dress which failed with my heels snagging on the material they were supposed to have hemmed. LADIES: do NOT bring your dresses here. They will alter it BEYOND being able to be saved in the end.

I am not a regular at the dry cleaners but this place is so close to my house and actually reasonable. I only go when I have collected a bunch of suits from sitting in laundry. So I go in bulk LOL… They have great customer service and are always willing to help. The prices are reasonable I have taken about 3 suit sets in and it cost about $ 20. I think thats reasonable as far as dry cleaning standards are LOL Anyways they also do alterations and button-​fixing if ever needed.
