I love this place, Especcially in the morning, Shane is amazing worker, You should have more workers like him! Thank you Shane!))

I’ve been to this location on several occasions since I work in the area but I’m very disappointed. No Strawberry Acai… Really Starbucks? Shame on you!!!

Yet another review for Starbucks. I’ve been to this location right when the doors open and the baristas there are very courteous. Like all Starbucks locations, good vegan options and good service.

This location is nearby work, this is why I choose to come here.
They have a great selection of mugs, I often find unique ones here compared to other locations. The baristas don’t quite get it right when I ask for room for cream. Leaving me but no choice to pour some out. They are friendly so that’s good. Parking can be very tight, so be careful.
Overall, no big complaints. Just please leave room when I ask!

Ordered a grande skinny Carmel macchiato with soy and it was very bitter and tasted like burnt coffee. Plus it was only ¾ full at the most, including the foam. The barista did offer to remake it for me, but I didn’t have time and felt guilty for having to dump it out. The barista commented to me, «that it didn’t matter to her». This Starbucks is not very consistent in their quality. It’s hit and miss with how your drink is going to taste. You are better off going about 100 yards down the road to the one inside Target. They are always pleasant and my drink tastes the same every time.

I wish I had a picture of the girl who «helped» me at this location. Just overall rude. In all my years of frequenting Starbucks I have never felt more stupid than she made me feel. One, Starbucks is intimidating enough — and I was just doing my friend a favor? He wanted me to fill his starbucks thermos cup with
Non-​fat latte. Ok? You say, so? Well I order my own drink pretty simple and then say «I’ve never done this before but i’d like to refill this for my friend.» The girl about bit my ahead off and in the most condescending way replied «we don’t do refills!» I’m like «ok? Thinking to myself (Obviously I’m not speaking in Starbucks terms here), I’d like to purchase a non-​fat latte and put it in this cup (that I brought). She was like ok what size? And I was like ??? (In my head) and I calmly reply «whatever size would fill the cup.» Really now? She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thanks. I walked away. While waiting for my drinking I think about how she made me feel. Maybe it was just me, I mean I thought I was in a good mood, and I very rarely ever complain about anything, but she obviously wasn’t very nice and that made me mad. I thought she could have been more informative and polite in how she corrected me. Simply letting me know «oh sorry we don’t do refills I think what you mean is…» Etc. Clearly, A different approach would have been better.
I decide to go back to her and ask «I’m sorry can I actually have that receipt now?» Her response «is there a problem? that’s the manager over there!» She’s smarter than she looks actually. what if all I wanted was a receipt? But she’s right I want the address and store number so that when I mention this to corporate they will know exactly who she (you) is!
Of course before leaving I go to the store manager and ask for the employees name. Oh and I have it now and won’t ever forget it, thanks ??? Aka
«Rude Starbucks Lady!» is it possible to never want to go to Starbucks again because of one poor experience? No problem not but I really hope she learns that she is a server, serving people, and should have a bit more patience, and maybe a kinder approach when dealing with customers? Yes? Thanks! Can I simply get a Grande Green Tea Frap with whip cream and some kindness please?

Awesome place on a Wednesday night around 8:30pm it’s calm, chill get some work done for a jump day not to bad. Got a recommendation for. The barista Josh came out really good! I recommend this spot.

By far my favorite Starbucks to go to! You get greeted by an AMAZING staff, they make your visit personal by remembering your order & make your experience so much easier. I can always count on Teresa, DJ, Savannah and Sarah to make my experience 10x better!

never have problem with my order it i always correct and taste amazing the staff is also friendly and knows me by name. They are so nice and greet me by name when i walk in

Always busy here but not a crazy busy. They have many gift cards & mugs on stock etc… My drink is always accurate. Parking is a little crowded at times. Just be careful when you are driving there because they share the lot with a salon and Boston Market.

My sister Cynthia treated me to Starbucks this morning. Of course I had to have my delicious Holiday Spice Flat White. I just wanted to say I’m thankful that Starbucks keeps their Barista Promise everytime my drink is not quite right. My Flat White didn’t taste the same this morning and the barista remade it without a fuss. Love that! Love Starbucks And Thank you Sis for breakfast.

Your lines are too long for only one cashier you need more cashiers. Your not quick enough. To much talking. I like you to be friendly but I’d rather you get my drink so I can get on with my day. Oh yeah you close to early 10pm is the the new 8pm.

These Starbucks employees were working really hard a little bit of rain n Cali n all the peeps be freaking out needing to get their coffee/​tea fix lol… my excuse I’m sick, but yea they were very fast n efficient even w/​all the picky ppls orders!-) Great job guys n gals customer service is always challenging!-)

So dirty behind the counter ! Gross! Service is ok but just Can’t give more than 1 star when they don’t care about cleanliness.

Friendly, I like coming to this Starbucks when I’m in the area. Service is always fast. I’m always happy with my drink.

Five stars for the barista Brandon!!! I went for a drink today, and tried the new mango black iced tea lemonade. Brandon asked if I tried it yet, and I said no. Then he told me how excited he was for me, because it was yummy! He was right!!!
I enjoyed my trip because my barista was in such a good mood. I wish they would all be like that!

Descent location, nice staff.
The store is clean and well kept, line was not too bad and my drink came out pretty quickly.
My java chip frappé tasted great, they have plenty of seating, nothing to complain here.

This Starbucks is tucked away in one of the more quiet plaza’s on the main street. Thus, easily accessible with an open parking lot.
The store was clean and fairly large with adequate, available seating. The cold case, coffee, and drink ware were fully stocked. The baristas were all friendly, welcoming, and produced our drinks correctly and quickly.
I may be biased because I have only visited this particular location a few times. Overall, this is a great Starbucks store and I have nothing to complain about. I will be back for my ‘usual’ next time I am in the area!
