This property is by far the best small business center in the eastern San Gabriel Valley. The manager and her staff take their jobs quite seriously with results that show. The entire property is nicely landscaped, the signage is understated and professional and the parking is both clearly marked and ample.
There is a nice little café, wide driveways, high ceiling clearance with a greenbelt section complete with a walking path and picnic tables. Businesses within the center range from construction companies to call centers and private professional offices.
The Property Manager and ownership has been discerning in carefully screening their tenants and vendors. We have been tenants for almost a decade during which time Terri, the Property Manager, has carefully monitored the property while continually performing maintenance and upgrades. Terri is always professional and absolutely accessible to her tenants.
A short drive town the street, in either direction, will quickly illustrate the difference in quality and curb appeal between the San Dimas Business Centers and the other local business parks on offer.

This is a very nice complex. Well kept and well managed. Terri has been in the leasing office for about 25 years! You can find a nicer park in the local area.
The park has a few units with nice frontage on Allen Ave.
