Walked in for lunch at 12:30 the place was a ghost town. Walked in to the bathroom and it was disgusting. It was worst than a gas station bathroom. We walked out immediately! The waiter wasn’t happy at all. Don’t go to hat place!!!

I just tried ordering from here for delivery. It came to $ 25. When I said this was for delivery he said I was crazy because i didn’t order $ 30. This is sad that they would call a customer crazy. Then he hung up on me. I will not order from these clowns again and would not recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give then a negative star for being so rude.

I remember this restaurant from the LA Verne location and was thrilled to find it in San Dimas!
Every time we go there, the service is fantastic and the food comes out in a very decent amount of time. It is well priced, the portions are great, and the price is right.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!
I waited 45 mins for my order and it never came. Everybody else that came after me got their order and when I cancelled my order, no explanation was given. There was not even an attempt to make amends for their lack of customer service. No manners!!! The people who work here don’t know how to take care of an upset customer. Do not eat here!!!

My first little complaint ever for a restaurant.
Portion size for deliver could have been a little bigger. Other than that the food was awesome and so was the timing and level of commitment on making sure it arrived within a decent time. Thank You for making La Verne more diverse city when it comes to foods.

Tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. Loved it! Good food and great service! I ordered take out and when I got there to pick it up, the hostess welcomed me with a smile and reviewed my order. You could tell he was passionate about his job as he engaged in conversation with me. I was impressed with the service and as I left he went out of his way to open the door for me. It’s hard to find great service anymore which is why I get take out more often vs. dining in. However this place delivered extraordinary service and I will definitely be back!

Great food. Honey walnut shrimp and pan fried noodles were delicious. Great service too. The only concern of mine, is the address on Unilocal.FYI — they are in the same plaza as Red Robin off Arrow Hwy. Definitely coming back though.

I hate when I’m in the minority when it comes rating restaurants but I cannot understand why this place has such favorable reviews! When I can think of much better Chinese food just down the street. My group and i started with the egg flower soup, that lacked any real flavor. This upset me because I generally love this soup! Also, our waiter took it away from us before we were done with it! we also ordered noodles, that were pretty flavorless but were my favorite thing to eat out of everything we ordered. The flavor of the crispy beef didn’t agree with me and I don’t remember the chicken dish we ordered but I think that says something about it. Lastly, I was looking forward to the chocolate covered fortune cookies and they ran out of them =(. If you’re in the mood for Chinese food and already are in the center it’s located in, I would go to Lucky Elephant and have excellent Thai food instead.

Phoenix is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant. The crispy beef is delicious and the wonton soup is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for years and have tried pretty much everything and haven’t been disappointed so far.

The orange beef is to die for! I love everything about Phoenix garden from the ambiance to the service. Never in my life have I ordered a Thai tea and been given a free refill other then Phoenix garden. Everyone needs to know about this place though I do hope it stays my little secret amazing Chinese place

I am rarely impressed when it comes to chinese food, but tonight I had THE best Orange Chicken ever. Phoenix gets 5 stars just for that! Thank god I ordered a large, my guests were quite impressed too and couldnt stop nibbling. I also ordered BBQ pork chow mein. It was ok, the same as I would get at other places. The same goes for the chicken fried rice. The almond chicken dish was a new one for me, it had a nice garlic flavor and mimicked kung pao chicken without the pao, lol. Now one thing that did disappoint me was the check in offer on here, IS EXPIRED! NO FREE EGGROLLS. Boooooo! The fortune cookie is dipped in white chocolate, a nice treat! BUT, My cookie had no fortune in it. Overall, it was a excellent experience!

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! We called in a to-​go order maybe 15 minutes before closing and they were able to accommodate us w no problems. We ordered the honey walnut shrimp, chicken curry, chicken chow mein, and the orange chicken. Everything was DELICIOUS! The curry had the perfect amount of spice. You could taste the honey in the walnut shrimp. PLUS, we got 4 free egg rolls for checking in while we were there! Everything was so so so so so good!
