A fantastic place to get a chicken teriyaki bowl. I have a bowl at least once a week. The chicken is always cooked perfectly and is fresh. The place is run by a nice old couple who are very friendly.

I’m sorry, I really enjoy supporting local businesses, and this one is exceptional. We come here for lunch at least once a week. Their everyday special is 2 chicken bowls for $ 7.99, pay a little extra and get extra chicken and avocado, and you’re good. It’s always fresh, and the people that work there are really nice even though their English isn’t the best. Just a great place, great value, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it. Too bad Unilocal doesn’t get rid of the early reviews for the original place that was here, those reviews should be separate, since the name was changes it’s been amazing!

Excellent food and customer service. Great lunch and chicken bowl specials. They have a pretty diverse menu but teriyaki chicken is truly their specialty. The 2 for $ 8 is an old standby for me. Work nearby and go here at least once a week.

My family and I love this place. Everything always tastes so fresh. My favorite is the beef plate, it comes with a little salad and some macaroni salad and a very good amount of rice and beef.

Better than Flamebroiler as another review states. I noticed that green onions have to be requested on their chicken bowls. I bumped into a neighbor who swears by the teriyaki burgers but I just tried the basic chicken bowl which was generously portioned. Brown short grain rice was $ 1 extra, which is typical. Lot of menu items were blocked off on their wall display. Maybe they didn’t sell well?

Great Food! Not expensive at all, good selection and the couple is very nice. The kids love it, my favorite is the teriyaki plate.

What is going on with some of the reviews? One review being mean-spirited because the owner is not your«yes» man and another review giving this place a 2-star because of his non-sufficient fund debit card. Anywho, I accidentally discovered this place and decided to give it a try. I purchased the 2 chicken teriyaki bowls specials that they had for $ 7.99. The chicken was soft and grilled to perfection. In my opinion it is way better than the Flame Broiler which is typically more chewy and too finely chopped that it’s hard. Definitely going back for more in the future.

It’s simple Japanese/American fast food. Fresh food and definitely cheaper than Sansei. It’s a small mom and pop shop and l like coming to support these kind of operation. The décor may be bland but if u like a quiet atmosphere w/o the hustle and bustling crowd, come here. There is a tv so you can watch it for entertainment.

Food was edible. Owners are rude especially the lady who prepares the food. The man in the front gets impatient so placing an order is very difficult. Will not accommodate special request order even if you pay for it. I’d give it a negative rating so 1-star is generous.

Not bad. The fried shrimp were great, loved those! I wish they had an all white meat option for the chicken teriyaki but it was still really tasty. I didn’t care for the Mac salad, I think they used miracle whip, not my thing. The salad was good because I added my own dressing because they forgot to add include it for me. Also like everyone else’s reviews, I had trouble using my debit card. There is def something wrong with there card terminal, I would suggest you pay with cash so it doesn’t take too long.

I got the chicken teriyaki bento box and it was surprisingly good. It can with chicken teriyaki and rice of course and a 5 piece Cali roll which was surprising not bad. Also came with 4⁄5 gyozas which were crispy and a salad. It was definitely filling and tasting. My normal teriyaki place is golden bowl in Covina but I’d come back here for sure.

Been to Koriyaki a few times now and the food has always been fresh, flavorful, and very filling. I’ve tried the teriyaki short ribs(yummy), the teriyaki chicken and beef, also very good, and they have a special shrimp sandwich that is so so good. One of these days I’ll try a teriyaki hamburger. They even have some Sushi.

Ok so another chance at this place. Right off the bat, customer service is horrible. I had them swipe my debit card and it was declined. I asked to swipe again. They said«no». I asked why and they said«oh no declined». So the customer behind me tries to swipe and«declined» also. Hmmm… Maybe it’s their connection. Contacted my FCU and they said they didn’t get any attempt for purchase from this place. Are they really that stingy or hurting for money that they can run a card AGAIN? I thought the customer was always right? But food was warm and good

I’ve been to the past 2 businesses in this location, so might as well try the new one out. Didn’t expect too much different, but was pleasantly surprised. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl with rice and spam musubi. I honestly don’t know if I had a better musubi than the one I got there. Perfect little brick of rice and good sauce between the span and the rice. Generous portion too. The teriyaki chicken was good as well, they didn’t skimp here with the chicken, a good amount and I was full before I finished the bowl. Was very tasty for a simple bowl. I checked around the menu and saw they have some unique items I need to try on my return. I never seen a quesadilla in an asian joint, but this one looks good and unique. Also burgers and sushi. Got something for everyone. There is always that picky friend in the group. Drinks are simple fountain drinks of 6 choices, and a fridge of canned and bottle drinks. Friendly older couple that works there and while it doesn’t change the taste or my requirements of a walk up order restaurant, they came out to make sure I was good and if I needed anything. Very friendly smiley people. In all it exceeded my expectations. I will be back a few times more I am pretty sure.

A trip to the market and noticed this was a different place. I was told by one of the employees at Stater Bros that it’s a new restaurant under the same management? The guy that gave me this info said the bowls were better than one of the local chain teriyaki bowl places. With that comment, I had to make my way across to try it. Place is tidy and clean and had a straightforward menu. I ordered the beef bowl with just steamed veggies. Apparently, you can have the veggies cold or warmed. I took this bowl to go and chowder down. Okay, well I thought I’ve actually had better. The beef are in strips that were noticeably grilled earlier which made it chewy and dry. Any sauce to with it really wasn’t going to help. The veggies were steamed and crisp. I thought it was a bit pricey considering the portion of meat and quality didn’t justify the over $ 7 tag. Oh, and that was with no drink. Maybe there’s value in the other items on the menu. If I go back I’ll need to update this review.

Ate the teriyaki chic and fried shrimp combo. I liked the teriyaki since the sauce isn’t loaded with sugar like other«Asian» places. I also like their«sumi salad» it’s a little sour and salty. Good combo. Will be coming back here for more :-)
