Del Taco

Terrible service. I drove through the drive through, one of the employees said «hey, how are you?» I said «I’m good, and you?» He quickly replied «honestly I’m tired, what do you want?» I tried to place my order, but the employee continuously cut me off and said that they didn’t have available what I wanted. All I ordered was a cheeseburger and a couple tacos. I understand it was late evening, but if you’re going to post «open 24−7» all over the Windows, you should expect customers that come in late at night to want food. I worked a 14hour shift at a hospital and just wanted a quick bite before I went home, but I was made to feel like a burden for even coming to the restaurant.

Who doesn’t have water cups? I ordered water through drive thru and they refused to give me water because they were out of water cups! I work at a food place so I hate being rude, but even I would’ve improvised to keep a customer happy.

So I came here after work and the drive thru line hadn’t moved after 5 minutes of waiting so I get out to go inside to order. It took two minutes just for an employee to take my order. They’re busy so I don’t really mind. I order my burrito with no tomatoes and my taco to go. Go home and they gave me the completely wrong taco and my burrito still has tomatoes in it and none of the sauce that I asked for. So after just getting home from work I need to get dressed and drive back just because they made my food wrong. I get back and an employee goes to fix my burrito and makes it again with tomatoes in it!!! So I say something and she finally makes a third one the right way. Then when they hand me my taco I say this can’t be the right taco because you guys charged me for the wrong one to begin with and didn’t even ask which one it was supposed to be. You just remade the one you already sent me with! Finally you get my food right not even an apology or ask if there’s anything you can give me a free drink or anything. I had spent THIRTY MINUTES in your restaurant today and not one of them was spent eating. I won’t be coming back here for a very long time if at all. I’ll drive the extra five minutes to Glendora where they give a shit about customer service…

What a disappointment for being located in San Dimas filthy and poor managed restaurant.. Employees eating where they are visible and poor customer service. Manager eating chips behind the cashier greeting me with no eye contact?

I normally don’t write reviews but this place! It deserves all the stars I’m giving it – one star.
I used to drop by this place a lot for a late night meal. I don’t know what happened to this place but tonight is probably the last day I’ll be going here. The cashier has the worst attitude ever. I know it’s 1AM and I know, by your attitude, you don’t want to work there but you’re in the customer service hospitality field. When I ask for more Del Scorcho because you only gave me 5, it’s not your product you’re giving away so don’t give me such a foul look.
So customer service — 0 stars
The chicken soft tacos had about 2 pieces of chicken, a whole pack of cabbage and enough cheese to layer a pizza. The soft grilled chicken burrito had about 3 pieces of chicken and double everything else. The reason why I expected more was because they used to have equal proportion of everything. I know it’s pretty cheap and it’s fast food but I rather spend that money on a $ 1 burger than a taco here. More bang for your buck (literally).
So food — 0 stars
Price is always good — 1 star

I have been there twice. Both times I say no red or green sauce, they repeat back to me no red or green sauce, yet they put sauce both times. I was on a quick break from work both times and I don’t like to return things so I didn’t go back. However, the sauce irritates my stomach so that is why I request it to not have any so it would be nice if they would actually do the order properly.
Also, the drive thru people were rude the second time, different crew than the first.

So went there for 3 bean and cheese burritos and we went out of our way for 3 if then and we get our food on the way home and there’s nothing but tacos and cookies ??? Never order tacos and cookies soooooo disappointed. Going to Taco Bell instead this time. Byeeeeee del taco

March 2015.
I have eaten there twice within the past six months and I have gotten sick both times. The service is good, but the food quality is poor and clearly there isn’t something being done right if I’ve gotten sick on two different occasion.
First occasion was chili cheese fries and a drink.
Second occasion I had the Del Carbon chicken tacos, green sauce and lime, Chili cheese fries, and a root beer.
I grew up eating Del Taco me entire life and I have never had any issues until now.
I think the big boss needs to:
–step in and review their food handling process
–cleanliness and age of the food being kept without the restaurant refrigerators
–how long it’s being left out after being cooked.

I will never go back to this del taco it’s terrible service and they take for ever to make the food and there always something wrong with my order when I order chicken taco and there was no meat in my taco

I swear the drive thur is horrible, and I have given them three opportunities to prove themself. All three times the taco shells taste stale and I get no meat even if I offer to pay extra for it! Never again

The guy taking my order and handling my food was surprisingly upbeat (being 4am New Year’s Day). Super nice guy. When I ordered he advised me they had deals going on and what I ordered would be cheaper, so I was happy! Food was great, my order was correct. Not often you drive off with the correct order, a smile on your face, and food tasting great! I’m coming here more often!!!

I wish I could give half to nothing as far as stars goes. Another business that must have bad management, as the employees don’t seem to give a crap about their jobs or the service they provide. I was so dissatisfied with my order and treatment I wont return to this location. Wake up get your orders correct or find another job if you are that dissatisfied with where your at. It may not matter to you who work there but to those who pay to eat there do.

I came in here last minute on my way home, I got a BRC burrito and a quesadilla was both really good the service is actually pretty damn good for going to the drive through. The guys are pretty Joe offered extra sauce game enough napkins, can’t complain I go on eat fast food last-​minute sometimes when you work night shift but it’s really good tonight somewhere where the qualities actually services in a fast-​changing. I will definitely return

This place is hit or miss. There are some crews that are right on the mark when it comes to service and food prep. There’s other times when they have cashiers who don’t take proper orders and cooks that skimp on ingredients. Regardless, what can one really say when it comes down to fast food?

Went last night for some chicken soft tacos the person that helped me out was very friendly had great customer service. I will definitely come back soon

I am sitting here and the manager told me that my purchase the he messed up is somehow me doing hi a favor. The combo meal that comes with fries, he picks off my tray and throws it away. This is not a nice professionally run place. If you like confrontation and poor service, eat here at Del Tack store # 110.

I like the location and the customer services is always friendly. What I can’t get over are there soggy and undercooked fries. I keep giving them chances but for the last 3+ visits the fries have been terrible. If they improve their fries I will give them 4 stars.

While I was awaiting for my order, the Hispanic manager was scolding an undocumented worker in Spanish. I am Asian and am fluent in Spanish. I do not support an establishment that practices cruelty and a guy that is on a power trip demeaning another human being.
Please do not support an establishment that name calls its workers pimps or other demeaning names and laughs at workers whose main desire is to be treated as a human being.

Pre-​gamed at this Del Taco before a fun day at Raging Waters with a friend. The Big fat chicken tacos were stuffed with chicken and topped with reasonable amounts of lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc.
The fries (and I know how good these fries can get) were sub-​par and dry sadly.
The restaurant was clean and had that rustic exterior that San Dimas uses, but the inside looks like a standard Del Taco.
This, along with all the other fast food places on Arrow, are good choices to eat before entering the overpriced, bee-​infested theme park.
