I love this place! Absolutely the best phó and egg rolls I’ve ever had! This is the only place I would eat phó

Based upon location, this is one of the better restaurants in the vicinity. There’s not a whole lot of places to look forward to for lunch time, but this place packs a punch and it’s usually packed inside. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area, just not a lot of good ones. I’m glad there’s at least this place to get us through the work week. Pretty standard Phở, like I said for the area its decent. I think if you plopped it in Westminster, it would have a challenge with some of the juggernaut phở restaurants, but I know they would hold their own. The broth is prepared real nicely, good amount of heat and spice. Good size portions and the price is about right. Also tried the egg rolls, crispy on the outside and hot and flavorful on the inside. Its a good place, I really enjoy it here, followed by good quality customer service. I look forward to being back again soon.

Simply put, the best phở in the San Gabriel valley. Always consistent and great tasting. Other menu items are also great. Food is always fresh. Highly recommended.

One star because we didn’t even get our food. We came in right before a huge family and they all got their orders taken and drinks before we even got menus. Except they never even gave us menus. They kept walking by and ignoring us. We asked for menus and couldn’t even get that, as we watched when others around us were served. Terrible service.

Pork sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and amaing! Better than Banh mi Cali! Bread was good. They were nice enough to put extra mayo: P(as if I need more mayo) I like that they put jalapeños in there, gave it a little kick!

Five stars why? Because the fried tofu is stellar, spectacular, stupendous. Perfectly fried. No burn spots. Supple inside. I’ve eaten a lot of fried tofu from Alhambra, to Garden Grove, to Westminster. This is the best I’ve had in ages. Fried eggrolls are pretty tops as well.

The food – 5 freaking stars. It is just fantastic! I usually get 33. Charbroiled pork with all sorts of goodness. I always leave with a satisfied stomach:) Sometimes I get their rare beef phở which is pretty bomb too. I usually get the large size. The reg size is not enough for me! Service – Depending on the person, ranges from 2 – 4. There’s this really nice dude with glasses whose service is definitely a 5! But everyone else, they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Environment – 3 stars The place is not well designed for a restaurant. Tables and booths are not well placed. Too many plants lol. A bit ghetto… But at the end of the day, food is bomb! So I’m here every week lol Just don’t bring your date here

This is absolutely the best Vietnamese please I believe in the local vicinity. I order usually only three things. 1. The chicken curry with vermicelli. The curry is very spicy and the portion is very generous. 2. The chicken bahn mi is like $ 4 for a huge fresh sandwhich. I like to add hoisin and sirachi. 3. Phở. I get the basic beef. It’s very big portions and the broth is not overly fishie It’s really good. The service is good.

This place is OK considering the area. I would have given it a 1 if it were in the Rosemead area. If you place a phone order and a young female answers, make sure to have her repeat back the order and clarify it. Mine was completely wrong when I picked it up and didn’t realize it til I got home to check it. She wrote down egg rolls instead of spring rolls. At first, I said goi cuon, but she didn’t understand. It was fixed when I got there, but my 2 Phở Dac Biet/Phở Specials turned into the house special noodle soup with egg noodles. Ugh. In the end, we just ate it because driving all the way back would’ve been too much of a hassle. It was ok, didn’t really have any flavor. They forgot the baked egg for the rice plate and the pork chop was like jerky. So dry. Don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Food is good. Service is terrible. I come here because its convenient location wise. But don’t expect to be treated well or even good. Servers/waiters always mumble and never smile and are never courteous. But again I do enjoy the food. I like the shrimp Phở I like the sandwiches on french bread. The dirty tables sit there uncleaned. I never ever tip here. You gotta be the kindest person to tip here, the service is that bad. I was sitting at a table and the AC unit above started to drip water. So I had to find myself different table. But don’t worry there is plenty of time to find a table since it takes forever to be served. I can’t give this place more than 2 stars because service is so so bad. But I suffer through because its close by. I think most people do that.

Not gonna lie… I was hesitant to come here, but this is my daughter’s favorite place. I never had phò. I ordered the rare beef phò and it was delicious! The noodles were plenty, the meat was tender and the flavor of the broth was enticing, I can see why this is a weekly mainstay for my daughter. The chicken fried rice was also fantastic. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The service was very attentive. I will be back :)

Mission accomplish once again! This place is pretty solid in my book. I order the charbroiled pork banh mi with a side of broth for dipping(a la French dip style!) it hits the spot every time for me. they have a solid staff that friendly and get you your order quickly. Plus, the place has a chill environment with plenty of decorations. The location is a bit hidden, but it’s worth the find. Overall, it’s a nice neighborhood Vietnamese place that makes a solid banh mi.

Pros: pretty good food Cons: Terrible service Terrible attitudes Don’t put in a phone order because it won’t get made, until you get there to pick the order up. They are lucky they don’t have any competition in town.

This is the 10th times I have been to this place. The phở here taste alright(I mean how bad can you really messed up a phở bowl). The only reason I come to this place to eat is because, I live 5 min away from VN Cuisine. Their service is horrible. 8 out of 10 times that I have been here, I’ve literally have to wait 10 minutes or even longer for a table. The worst part about it is that they have 3 to 4 tables available. The reason they can not seat us is because, they always have one person at the cashier and another person taking orders and bringing the food out. The tables that are available have dirty dishes on the table that has not been clean for probably hours. The only time they cleaned the tables is if customers needs it. When you look at it, you really lose your appetite. — The most recent time I’ve been there, I asked them for a fork to eat phở with and they gave it to me and guess what? There was a piece of steak on it, I literally almost yacked on them. — They have one waiter that is super rude, he usually has glasses and he has some sort of weird haircuts and tattoos. He never helps out and he always looks mad. If you guys want better phở or better services try Saigon in Diamond Bar, or Phở Ha in Rowland or Noodle City in San Gabriel It’s honestly 10 – 15 minutes drive but, it is worth the drive. I am usually easy with the ratings but, I feel like services matters a lot.

Not sure what people mean by they have bad service… The two waiters that were working the duration i was there were not rude at all. Two males, mid twenties. They were respectful and checked up on us often. one guy was kind of fun… anyway, one charbroiled pork vermicelli, one beef. with eggrolls. the charbroiled… actually tastes charbroiled unlike other viet places. Both had decent proportions of meat though the pork had more… veggies included lettuce, cucumbers, and bean sprouts… That’s what I didnt like… other places use basil and other veggies… i think… anywho. no problem. I just asked them for a bit of basil and they brought me some. yayyy. don’t think all places would do this. I felt like there wasn’t enough sauce but I didn’t want to ask for more… that stuff leaves you thirsty… but the meat and the eggrolls were enough to cover for the flavor. if i’m in the area i’d definitely come back… cleanest and best service as far as any of the viet places i’ve been to are…

This is about the closest Vietnamese restaurant to my new office, so was a natural bookmark when I switched jobs. I have been here a handful of times now, and I while I’m not a huge fan of phở, I think they have some of the best bahn mi I’ve had, especially in the IE. The bread is just right, a little crusty while not destroying the roof of your mouth like Lee’s does to me, with a fatter profile than the long skinny baguette. The toppings are superb, both the chicken and pork are succulent, roasted fresh, and super tender. The veggies are always crisp and fresh, and while it’s more expensive(~$ 5) and not as long, I think the value for flavor is excellent. I’ll be coming back again and again. If you keep getting a to go call for one chicken and one pork bahn mi, that’s me!
