Each one better than the last…
And to say each one better than the last, I mean Keith out does himself over and over. The first time I received a massage from Keith I was amazed at how quickly he assessed my particular physical needs. I have a chronic back issue and have had multitudes of spine adjustments, physical therapy and massage. But never have I had what felt like a combination of all 3. Keith’s intuitive touch seems to align my body with simple stretches and pressure massage. I feel better circulation almost immediately after getting on his table. There is no doubt in my mind that my body is happier with a monthly massage by Keith!

Keith is the best! After receiving body-​work from him– I bent in new directions and to degrees that I never had before! My runs since my first session with him have been monumentally improved and the twinges I felt in my knee and ankles last week are gone! I recommend seeing him often to keep limber and get a boost in any performance activities in which you may be involved! YUP ZUP!!!
