My boyfriend has came here quite a few times and always received great customer service from Tommy. But yesterday we walked in and the customer service was not so great. Not sure of his name but he had red hair, tall and was tan. We approached the counter and his phone rang. He answered it and proceeded to tell the person on the other line that he was with a customer. How about don’t answer your phone at all, especially in front of a customer? My boyfriend asked him«How’s the cherry e-juice?» His response was«I don’t smoke the e-juice from here, I make my own blends.» — he came off as a vape snob First of all I’m thinking to myself — You’re hired here to help sell and keep the business going but you sound like you’re trying to promote your own? Second of all, by you saying this you’re basically telling me that the product we’re interested in buying is not good enough for its own employees to smoke. How does that make us wanna buy from here? The whole time he was prepping the e-cig for my BF to try he looked like he was hating life and didn’t want to be there. Kinda had a horrible attitude about the whole thing. Hopefully whoever owns this shop reads this and either talks to this guy or gets rid of him. He had nasty energy.
