I walked in on 11⁄15 to have my cracked iphone 5s face replaced, but I received it back with the home button not functioning. I had the associate(told his name was Jovani) take a look it again. 5 minutes later the other associate(told her name was Naomi) tell me well it’s not fixable. I’m obviously frustrated, and explained to her that it makes no sense to bring something perfectly functioning and receive it not properly functioning. $ 70 dollars is a lot of money, at least for me, but this was not about the money. Well not only was this not a great experience, what made matters worse is how things were handled. Very, very poorly, coming from someone who has been in a customer service environment 10+ years. I felt I was lied to from the beginning to the very end. I initially walked and talked with(Naomi/Javoni) who said it would be 45 minutes to which I said no problem, I would be waiting right outside. 60 Minutes later; I walked back inside seeing(Jovani) standing around and asked it my iphone was ready, to which he stated, «Oh, let me check to see it’s ready, as if someone else was working on it. 10 minutes later, the other associate told me that it’s taking long because the first face he put on cracked, so he had to put another face on. I said you know what, before I get upset, I will get something to eat and come back in 30. 45 minutes later I walk back in and and wait another 10 minutes and finally get my phone. At this point, I was a little bit upset, realized that(Jovani) took his sweet time to work on the phone and completely disregarded me as a customer. After finally getting my phone back, I checked it to make sure it was good to go and that’s when I realized this home button not working. After asking the associate to please take a look and fix it, I never saw him(Jovani) again. Instead(Naomi) told me we can’t do anything about that and you’re phone had frame damage. Very frustrated at this point, I asked where did he(Jovoni) go and how come he didn’t come out and tell me. She simply told me I don’t know, and that they couldn’t fix my phone. She even thought it was a little funny chuckling at me after venting to her that it’s extremely dissatisfactory from a customer service perspective. This was after the fact that she would not tell he his name(Javoni) and her own name because they don’t do that. Extremely upset, I told the other female associate I don’t appreciate this at all and hope they see from my eyes and left. In the end, I may not get my money back or even get my phone fixed by these guys again, but I can assure you that this review helps clear confusion. Store manager, please properly train your associate how to properly handle simple customer service issues and not laugh back at them while they are still in the store. As you can tell, unsatisfied and I am taking extra time out of my day to tell you about my experience.

Unilocal says iPhone repair is $ 50. I called and the guy said price is $ 55 and tax. Went in and was charged $ 65 and tax. Wtf? Get your prices right. Guy was nice and helpful. Had to keep mentioning check in offer. Got to choose a case out of a box of would of been thrown aways. Didn’t receive a screen protector.

I searched around to find the cheapest and most reliable place to get my iphone 5 screen fixed for a decent price. I got it fixed here in 20 minutes for only $ 50 with a 60 or 90 day warranty(I can’t remember what he said). Best price and best service that you could possibly get!

My nephew broke his iPhone 5s and was checking all kinds of shops that do repairs on iPhone. He found out that the Cricket wireless store on 5418 El Cajon Blvd perform repairs on cellphones. Their customer service was awesome(thanks Carmen) and they completed the repair in only 15 – 20 minutes. This place is great!
