I have thick, wavy hair that most hair stylists complain is a pain to cut and style. After reading the reviews I decided to give Ana a try since it seems she knows how to deal with my type of hair. I’m glad I did! I got the best cut I’ve had in like a decade! Will definitely be coming back for more services.

Ana does excellent bio sculpture gel mani. No bubbles or gap in application, and great choice of colors (although I’m unsure if she carries the latest new bio sculpture e.g. romantic gothic collection, but not a deal breaker as she carries a lot already). She makes you feel comfortable and her firm hand/​forearms massage at the end is great ending to the session. If you are unsure of the color to go with, Ana is helpful in picking the color together. She’s polite, on time and fun to talk to.
It was my 2^nd visit, and surely not the last.

Ana does a beautiful job on my nails! I used to get Shellac but I never liked how thick it looked. Ana applies her gel very thin and it looks so natural. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a nice gel manicure that will last 2+ weeks. She has a great color selection too. The only downside is the price… but you definitely get what you pay for!

A coworker always had the most beautiful gel manicure and one day I asked her who did her nails and she told me about Ana. I saw Ana for the first time three weeks ago and my manicure still looks amazing and shiny! I’m going back next week. She takes her time and perfectly paints your nails with no flaws and right up against your cuticle, so the gel manicure lasts as long as possible. Her massage after the manicure is so amazing that I asked her if she could also be my masseuse. Plus she’s a great conversationalist and makes getting your nails done FUN!!!

Got the best manicure and pedicure ever from Anna. My bio sculpture nails stayed pretty until they grew out, and I can never keep my nails looking nice for more than a couple days. Her studio is so cute and clean and very private. Love her and her services. Highly recommend.

I Work in the area and tried Ana for Bio-​sculpt nails and a pedicure and I have to say she is the absolute best at what she does. Not only is she meticulously clean and neat at her craft, but she genuienly cares for each client. I always pre-​book my appointments with her. She’s definetly worth the quality that you pay for.
There is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Ana has been taking great care of my nails for a long time now. She uses Biosculpture and always makes color suggestions that are on-​trend and fun. I constantly get compliments on them. The manicures last a good two weeks and never chip.
Recently though I decided to see what Ana could do for my hair. I have thick, coarse hair that has too much volume and tends to frizz. Also for some reason in the past year or so it has been straw-​like, dry and damaged no matter what products I use on it. I’ve paid big bucks elsewhere to try to get shiny and soft hair but never did get it.
Ana did a keratin treatment or Brazilian Blowout for me. It took the crazy bulkiness out and the damaged ends were repaired. My hair became soft, silky and shiny. And it moves when I move my head whereas before it seemed more like a stiff helmet. She truly is a miracle worker.
Just this week she sold me a professional blow dryer that came with three very good brushes. It’s lightweight and dries my hair quicker than any other dryer I’ve ever used. And as Ana promised, it leaves my hair shiny and soft.
And by the way, Ana has such an easy way about her that the time in the chair flies by in effortless conversation. She truly has a focus on pampering and putting her clients first.

Let me start off by saying my hair is a crazy, kinky, thick curly mess. I learned early on people think they know what they are doing with your hair, when they really don’t. Ive had my share of «hairstylists» sheering, thinning out my hair, razor cutting it YOU NAME IT all in the name of giving me a good haircut and «helping me tame my hair».
I came to The Pampered Chair because I was told Ana can cut curly hair. And boy have i read that before, but after communicating back and fourth for a week or two with her, i finally gave in.
The fact that Ana would even take the time to do that, risking that I may not even agree to a haircut, is awesome. It showed me and reassured me that she knew what she was talking about, and was even excited for the challenge.
The location itself was easy to find, but the map which indicated her studio location within the building was difficult to read (at least for me) but alas we found each other lol.
She was working on another client when I got there. As I waited, I heard how excited this client was about the detail, the precision and the quality of her gel manicure.
Upon entering the studio, I automatically fell in love with the décor; the butterflies on the wall, the beaded curtains, the beautiful mini chandeliers, and the oversized comfy chair. Her Pandora station was pretty cool too.
Ana took the time to access my hair and offered up suggestions while listening intently to my fears, past experiences and such. I indicated that I have worked hard on growing out my hair and just needed a trimming of my split ends.
She educated me on the benefits of a Brazilian Blowout, and after answering my questions, we decided to do it since my hair was more kinkier and thicker than she had imagined. Throughout the process, she told me what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what products she was using. She answered each and every question i had without getting impatient or annoyed. She also offered up tips and tricks for people who are on a budget that hairstylists use which I thought was sweet of her.
The process itself included a deep shampooing (I think I emptied an entire shampoo bottle lol) because she wanted to make sure all residue and dirt was off so the treatment would last longer. The detangling part lasted a good 10 minutes (blame it on the Dominican Mexican hair). Then she put the product throughout my hair, went through with the blow dryer, then straightener. Let me just say i was so excited I could jump out of my seat, my hair was so silky smooth. She then told me she was going to wash it and I got scared haha. But after the wash, I noticed that my hair was not tangled or knotted like it usually is after a shampooing. She went again through with the blow dryer and straightener and that was super fast the second time around! She trimmed of my dead ends and kept the cut to a minimum.
Overall I loved my experience, Ana was great, she was patient, the time flew by as we talked about life, family, faith and everything in between. The most amazing and surprising thing was that after washing my own hair, blow drying it and straightening it this morning, it looked JUST LIKE when i had left the salon a few days ago.
I am raving about my hair, its impossible not to touch and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Ana and The Pampered Chair.
