The Chateau Apartments

We moved into this apartment last week and seriously this place is great value for money.
We got a lease on a month on month basis (which in itself is a hard thing to find), not only that but it’s a whole $ 1000 cheaper than if we were to try and get the same type of contract on our old place.
The place is gated and has a parking space. While there is no air conditioning in the apartment I am more than used to not having that luxury coming from a country where hardly anywhere has air con!
The laundry is shared and there are two separate laundry rooms each with a change machine.
Location is great, there is a library at the end of the street, target and albertsons and many other stores and eating places nearby and access to many different bus routes.
The management are helpful and on site every day 8 – 5.
4 stars due to lack of in apartment laundry and air conditioning.
FYI our apartment had been completely refitted with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and new tiles throughout!
