This review is long over due…
I contacted Erica to make my husband’s birthday cake, and it was AMAZING. She said she used an old family carrot cake recipe. The cake was perfect texture and flavor, not overwhelmingly sweet like the cakes you find at grocery stores. The cream cheese frosting was the perfect amount of sweet and richness to compliment the mild cake flavor. So great, can’t say enough good things. She even did extra work to decorate the cake with Wolverine comic book clips using edible paper (my husband is a huge comic book nerd). He took pictures and showed the guys at work, they all loved it too. Erica is incredibly friendly and helpful and her deserts are so delicious!

I found Erica through Google search and was amazed at how quickly she responded to my email. She is very customer orientated and help me create the most beautiful, delicious cookies and cupcakes for my daughter’s Baby Shower. She decorated each baby bottle, bib, and onesie with the color scheme of my daughter’s nursery, each one differently. Beautifully Done!
Customer Service, quality and presentation doesn’t get any better than Tastebud’s Confection!
