After a horrible mixup and upsetting experience for my 92 year old mother, and knowng how upset we were, a very condescending girl from their office named Megan called to find out where she should send the bill. Didn’t ask if it was a convenient time to talk (even though I told her I was at work), didn’t ask how my mother was, just wanted an address to send the bill. It’s a shame when companies care more about money than they do the people they were hired to assist.

Synergy home care is the best! They helped soo much with my grandma while she was sick and both caregivers were extremely nice. They treated my nana like family and everyday we came home to her smiling. Would definitely recommend synergy if you need help with family members.
