Dine In 2Nite

Poor customer service and meals that are hit-​and-​miss. The people running it recently changed, and things went south from there. After having a few meals that were so bad that I just tossed them, I let them know hoping that they would appreciate the feedback and get things back on track. To their credit, for the couple of times I contacted them they credited me back those meals. But when things didn’t improve, I asked to cancel my account. Unfortunately, because of the way they bill, I had a balance on the account that I never got back. They said I would get a refund of that unused portion, but after 5 months of follow-​up calls and emails, they did not return my outstanding balance (this is money that was on my account, not a refund for services provided!). Instead, they finally offered to send me 3 meals. Poor business management and customer service that ultimately makes customers disappointed and ready to share the bad experience. The drivers who dropped off the food were friendly. Too bad they weren’t running things.

I work full time and oftentimes come home late from working overtime. I just don’t have the time to make dinner every night. Dinein2nite was an easy, convenient, and easy solution. They offer different options every night and you can pick and choose exactly which days you want to order if you don’t need them to deliver dinner every weekday (they don’t deliver on weekends). Them switching off their menu every night keeps you from getting tired of eating the same thing over and over. Also they make everything fresh daily so no preservatives.
Not home during their delivery times? They will ice up your meal so that its still good when you get home. Their meals also last up to a week in the fridge. Some of my favorites from them were the beef stroganoff, meatloaf, and mushroom ravioli. It’s around $ 10 per meal including delivery. I currently have them delivered every Tuesday and Thursday.

I signed up for their service a couple months ago and it turned out to be really good. The food is tasty so I think the quality of ingredients must be fresh. Its portion is kind of big so I sometimes have the leftover for lunch. The packaging is really good so the food holds its presentation during delivery, Overall I am a happy customer.
