Symphony Towers Gym

This is a private gym for employees of the Symphony Towers building. It’s newly remodeled and finally has enough machines not to have to wait around for one. The bathrooms have lockers and showers with towels provided. It’s great for a pre-​lunch workout to break up the monotony of the work day without returning smelling like an old gym sock. There’s free weights and machines as well as a stretching area. The treadmills have built in TV’s and there’s a separate TV on the wall. I’m glad it’s here for our use so I don’t have to go to a corporate gym and feel like a whale.

This gym is small but always empty. The machines are kept up and the TV remotes are always accessible. They have several balls, yoga mats and fans for use.
The bathroom is always spotless and the water fountain dispenses cold water.
Really, it couldn’t be better.
