Hands down the best watch service I have ever received. Keith not only is extremely knowledgeable of the watches I brought in he also provided some great recommendations for modifications I can make in the future. No sales pressure at all just a great experience and fast as well. I will definitely return for such a welcoming service.

I was at a conference nearby and needed a new battery and band for my watch. The shoeshine man told me about a couple of watch repair shops. I stopped in the first, and the price was too high and they had a lousy selection of bands. I then walked over to Swiss Watches where the gentleman I encountered was very knowledgeable about my watch and recommended a nice band for my watch type. I was very satisfied with the service and pricing, and it was all done in a timely fashion. Thanks again!

I was having coffee next door and heard about the great watch shop. I stopped in and asked about having my watch cleaned. The person working was knowledgeable about my watch and also wanted to show me some of the features (and adjust the timer and second hands). We discussed how best to clean it (hard to do — titanium) and other maintenance. I left my watch and got a call back a few days later when it was ready. It was shipped to me promptly and arrived looking great.
I appreciated the expertise, talent in working with unique watches and attention to detail.
Pricing was reasonable for the work done and communication was excellent.

In the hustle and bustle of San Diego’s Downtown/​Gaslamp, there are many businesses and restaurants that cater to the oh-​so-​common tourist. I’ve come across one too many businesses that have grown callous (if not careless) to their customers due to the flux of «outsiders» into their stores. I appreciate a business that welcomes, recognizes and caters to a client with earnest appreciation — whether it is a big or small store. It’s a fine distinction, sometimes hard to describe, but when you receive this type of treatment, it is truly noteworthy.
I discovered Swiss Watches of SD (SWSD) when my favorite watch spun its last second (battery died). It’s not a fancy watch, and it probably has little to no value now (it’s a good decade old) — but it’s MY watch and I wanted to ensure it was in good hands.
I found Keith and SWSD down in the prime real estate across Horton Plaza. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the owner of a shop who wasn’t completed jaded with the downtown humdrum. Keith was very kind and very easy to talk to. He has a lot of cool merchandise in store that made me think I’ll have to stop here for my hubbie’s next birthday.
Just in the short time there, I felt there was a clear theme to SWSD: Keith really knows and loves watches. I could see that he was truly hard-​working, earnest, and client-​centric in his business. He fixed my watch up quickly, taught me some cool aspects about my watch, cleaned it and made sure I was walking out of the store with the proper second to my step. It was just so much fun chatting with him while he worked. He’s a really swell guy all around.
Due to his stellar service, I have to recommend that you seek him for any and all watch needs. He understands watches — from the big fancy handmade watches to the little kiddie watches. The merchandise in-​store is mesmerizing. But the best part is the service with a smile amidst the dusty downtown dumps. 5 stars. Highly recommended. Will return for any watch needs!

Keith is the man! I love his customer service and he has an awesome selection. His prices are great and if he doesn’t have a watch you want he has sources that will. He is my absolute go to watch dude!

OK, I knew I needed to replace the battery in my partner’s watch and I had it for a week! So at lunchtime, I ran down the street on Broadway and was in & out in less than 10 minutes. This is the best place to get a Swiss watch at a price below retail. Keith is the owner there and really knows his stuff. He has been selling watches for a long time and knows all the details about the various brands and features. Keith provided me with great customer service and I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a great price.
