We bought my husand’s wedding ring at this location 15 years ago and we still love it. Hubby came back this Christmas to get me a Pandora bracelet starter set and met Nita who will be our go-​to jeweler from now on — and he will being seeing a lot of her as for every birthday, anniversary, and holiday from here on out, he will be adding to the bracelet. It came beautifully wrapped and with a fluffy white bear. I’m not a big plush toy person but I appreciated the extra effort. Last week I met Nita myself as I needed to have my engagement ring reset after the diamond fell out. She was very professional yet had a warm personality. She encouraged me look at my diamond under the scope, I had never seen it up close. She gave me a price quote and time estimate and came back well under both. She had me look at the stone again when it came back, and it’s all shined up and looks like new. She added in a jar of jewelry cleaner in a classy bag for free. Couldn’t be happier!

Always attentive and good service when you come to a Ben Bridge location has been my experience. It is expensive here but what where you expecting Zales or Kay’s?

Great service. My wife bought me a Tissot time peace as her wedding gift to me. It had recently stopped ticking so we brought it back in to get the battery replaced. Now, this might just be my inexperience w/​nice jewelry, but not only did they take it in to get the battery replaced, but they’re cleaning it, re-​testing the water resistance, making sure it’s calibrated, etc. The whole nine yards. Really, really great service. I found the watch for about $ 100 cheaper online, but the 3 year service Ben Bridge offers with our purchase is worth much, MUCH more than the $ 100 savings.

I have been coming here for years. From my wedding rings to my anniversary gifts… its quite simple for me: I come in, I don’t have much time or really that much knowledge and they always take great care of me… they plop down what they think would work and I get it… Result=happy wife… what else do I want? Amazing staff. Forget about going to any cheapy place…
