Debbie at Sunridge just found a new tenant for my home and saved me hundreds of dollars as we prepared the property for the new tenant. When it came to painting and repair quotes, I was pleasantly surprised at how much less their vendors charged than those I was using when I managed the property on my own-​which I did for several years before turning my home over to them to manage about 5 years ago. Once again, good job, Debbie and James in finding me good tenants while keeping an eye on my expenses. They even got multiple quotes when it was time to replace the water heater a few years back and save me $ 300 by doing so. Highly recommend them!

Sunridge Properties manages several units for me and have for a number of years. I have found Debbie Troutman to be professional in every way. She looks out for her owners, but also looks out for her tenants. She realizes that everyone wins when tenants are happy and units remain rented without interruption.
I have received a number of calls regarding my properties when an issue has arisen. Debbie resolves issues before they become problems. Even though a specific repair or replacement may not be required, she will generally advise me to invest the small amount of money needed to take care of the problem and keep the tenant happy. Again, keeping the tenant happy and staying in a unit longer term will keep the owner happy, as well.
