Family owned and operated. They are great to rent from. I even worked for them for a little while. Great prices. Great living conditions. They don’t act like you are lucky to rent from them. If you want a hotel experience go to a hotel. If you are looking for a great place at a great rate this a great choice. I have rented for them for over 4 years. They don’t bother their tenants. Super respectful. Maintenance is awesome.

Great clean units! Someone is always at the office to help with a smile and they are always available for emergencies or problems. They also stay on top of health and safety issues. I am not sure what some of these other reviews are about… Money grubbing lol It’s a business not a charity :) and they run their business extremely well.

This management company is terrible. They act nice and friendly and willing to help BEFORE you sign your lease. After that they aren’t willing to do anything for you. All the rules in their lease mean nothing and they don’t enforce any of them besides parking (They tow paying tenants cars and charge $ 250 to get it back). They don’t respond to any complaint emails in regards to other tenants clearly breaking their lease agreement. We’ve been emailing for months about neighbors blatantly stomping across their unit to the point our windows shake and our dog cowers under tables for fear of the ceiling caving in. We have all the emails saved just incase it needs to be brought to court. The entire complex is infested with roaches. They thought it was a good (cheap) idea to put our same carpet and padding down after a pipe ruptured under our dining room floor, they weren’t willing to do anything until we sent them pictures of our mold tests that tested positive for black mold (they weren’t willing to test themselves so we had to pay for it). We still have the same carpet… Over a year later. They are a giant health and safety lawsuit waiting to happen. The complex wreaks of weed half of the time. If an appliance or anything breaks down they replace it with one they took out of an old remodeled unit, our fridge, ac, and dishwasher all broke within the first year. We were upgraded from a 20 yr old fridge to a 15 yr old fridge that leaks black liquid on the tile floor just waiting to be licked up by our dog. Pretty sure half of the maintenance crew are un document workers (anything to save money!) all in all this is the worst property management company I have ever heard of, if you’re looking into renting from them, just don’t. They are a terrible money grubbing company that does not give a damn about anything but their revenue. If I could give –a million stars I would. I could go on and on and on. Just look elsewhere and don’t even bother with this place.

This company is the WORST! I rented from this company last year and sorry to say they really don’t give a crap about their tenants. They seriously deferr maintenance when something breaks down or stops working, there RUDE when you call when with any requests, they enter your unit whenever they feel like it and they do not enforce the rules and regulations from the other tennants. They let them break the rules constantly and they twist the rues just so they don’t have to enforce them because there money grubbing!!! I have ALL the emails I sent to them complaining about other tenants not following the rules and they do nothing about it. So if any one wants to see a paper trail I have one!
I am so glad I am done giving them money. They can go fuck themselves!

That first response with 1 star… WOW! Some places lower their credit rating acceptance to help others but if your credit is really that bad… you shouldn’t blame others for your own short comings. I also wanted state that I have been renting from Kroeger for 21 months now in the industrial area of Santee and have NEVER had a problem with them; no hassle from them. Even from the beginning — I must’ve cancelled the showing two or three times and they still did not show any attitude thereafter. They’ve always been kind when coming on property and maintenance is very nice as well. Always cordial when I call… especially Shannon. I’ve rented other warehouses before and can honestly say that I appreciate them. I plan on staying in the warehouse as long as I can.
