I love this place! I’ve only done airbrush tanning here but I go at least 2 times a month! Sara is the girl I go to! She is so sweet and makes me feel very comfortable each time! My airbrush tan is always the perfect shade and lasts for about a week! I definitely recommend it!

I’m so disappointed! I’m leaving town tomorrow and wanted to have a California tan to show off. Laura, the owner, does an amazing job. Several of the other girls do too.
Well, the manager who was working yesterday did NOT do an amazing job.

This has been my choice tanning salon since relocating from the Midwest 8 years ago. Laura is continually updating and staying current on the cutting edge of products and equipment in the self tanning industry. I was shocked with the outcome since NEVER have I had anything but awesome luck with services received
Luckily, the Orange toned down after a couple of days and a couple of sessions at my former salon back in the Midwest. Laura, owner of the shop, was very concerned and called me on a couple of occasions to see how things were coming along. She assured me I still have some sessions left and she feels the results will be very satisfactory! I believe they will.
My follow up to this post will be after my next visit to the salon.

I did the body wrap for the first time and I really enjoyed it. This place is really clean, it conveniently close to where I live and Sara was totally awesome. She was very knowledgeable, of the body wrap and the products to use. She was very personable and she made me feel really comfortable. I will definitely will be back.

I would say I rarely write a bad review but this place was so disappointing. I called two days ahead and to make a spray tan appt for our engagement photos. The girl on the phone said I didn’t need an appt and they would just accommodate me as a walk in, that they didn’t take apts. When I went in there the girl asked if i had an appt and said they were completely booked! I told her what the girl told me on the phone and she said «weird. Sorry» offering no solution. Thankfully the manager walked in and said she could spray me. Well she never even asked what color/​darkness I wanted and just put one in and started spraying. Let’s just say i looked really orange in our photos. Won’t be going back.

Okay, since I am going from 1 star to 5 stars, I have to make this good– and I will.
I considered taking my review down, but decided I would rather reflect what happened after my post. It deserves to be posted.
After I posted my irritated review, I received an unexpected phone call from Laura, the owner of this establishment. I was stunned, to say the least. She was honestly heartsick over what had happened to me. She explained to me (in a real, down-​to-​earth, on-​the-​level way; not some quick-​speak, marketing major, damage control fluff way) what was going on with her current staffing situation (which she is fixing PRONTO) & other stuff that is going on. Not excuses, just a business owner trying to juggle a life, a business and a family. Having been self-​employed myself before, I totally got it. Then, she offered some ideas on how to make it right. And she did. She gave me my choice — I chose a spray tan this time — and she made this fat old gal feel like a movie star! She personally airbrushed me from head to toe, being super generous with her time and her products. The tan came out beautifully and I am over the top happy now.
So here’s my thinking: Often, what really sets a business apart isn’t necessarily how they act when everything is going right — but how they handle the situation when everything has gone WRONG. That shows the true character of a business. Laura showed me genuine concern for her business and her customers. That took character.

Got a good deal, and the bed I used was nice, but the inside is a little in need a remodel.
