Stuart Weitzman

After seeing the ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ knee high boots in this store and deciding to be fiscally responsible by passing on them, that decision ended up seriously haunting me. I figured, I work hard — I deserve them! That said, I eventually convinced myself that was my gift to myself for pulling a min. of 60hrs/​wk for the past 8 months. Convinced I should get them, I called Stuart Wietzman to place my order, I knew exactly what size to order. :)
Unfortunately, the San Diego store did not have my size in stock but the other store in Costa Mesa did so they shipped them to me at no additional cost. I was told that they would come next day, but when the package didn’t come, I called the store and spoke to Emily, the store manager.
At first, the package could not be located in their system and it took her several hours to confirm that the package would not be coming that day, but would come the following. I was really disappointed because I was going out of town the very next morning and would’ve loved to bring them along. Emily was very apologetic and told me to contact her directly if I have any problems in the future.
I went on my trip and thankfully, my boots were waiting for me when I got home as well as a voice message and a note in the mail from Emily. The voice message just confirmed that she tracked the package via FedEx and it showed that the package had been delivered. The hand written note from Emily once again apologized for the inconvenience, hoped that I was enjoying my boots and asked to contact her if I had any issues with the boot.
Even though the boots didn’t come as they originally stated, I was very impressed by her follow up and how she handled the overall situation. She went above and beyond to track the «missing package», called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on – and even followed up to confirm I was happy with my purchase. For that, I give Stuart Weitzman 5 stars because it’s very hard to find great customer service like that these days. Great job, Emily. I really appreciated your help and follow through.
btw — I love my boots and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received compliments on them. They are super comfy and I can walk for days in them without any discomfort. Who says shoes have to hurt to look cute?!

I heart shoes!
I would first like to say that the handsome guy who helped me, knew more about shoes than most of my girl friends do. He informed me that he has been working in the industry for about 6 years and he could probably custom make you a shoe to perfectly fit your foot.
I like that they are targeting a younger demographic and not your grandma anymore. Shoes from here never really hurt my feet and I can count on them lasting more than a few wears. It is quality that matters here and that is what you are paying for. I have no problem with that.
After purchasing my new black flats I went to Nordstrom and saw the same pair on sell and went back to Stewie and they matched the price.
Nice! Got to love it!!!
