I felt compelled to write about this store after reading the not-​so-​good existing reviews. I love their stuff. Their pieces are fun, attractive, quirky, and made of good quality material… which is important to me because I’m allergic to anything that is not (even metals that are plated with gold, sterling, or steel give me a rash!) I’ve checked Tous out online a few times, and went into the store for my first time today. The sales girl that helped me was attentive, knowledgeable, and a true fan of the brand, which made shopping there a good experience. I cannot comment on returns as one reviewer did, but will do so if I ever need to try to return anything. For now, I LOVE my new piece and hope that my future visits will be just as good of an experience.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Buyer beware; if you purchase something and you don’t like it, you’re unable to return it. I’ve sent a complaint to their customer service department and hopefully they do something about my situation. I will never purchase from Tous again and just be cautious, as their cashiers expect you to know their policies. Very disappointing experience.

I love this store. First found out about this brand while in Spain. When in Mexico bought 4 more pices. Looked them up on the web and found out that the only store in US is in Florida. Talk to the manager of the store 100 times and hoped that one day they will come to San Diego. They are really poplular in Spain and spanish speaking comunity. Not in US :(I have all the peaces from «Dream» collection and everywhere I go people can’t take there eyes of the ring. Look it up and get it! It is new Tiffanys’ and affordable as well.

This is another jewelry store that uses a lot of curio cabinets and fancy décor for a fairly disappointing inventory. The style of the jewelry is somewhat plain and redundant. I’d say that Macy’s has a better jewelry selection. Moreover, don’t expect to browse for a long time; I think that there’s a total of twenty pieces in this space… The style is definitely trendy chic. Their website offers a more ample array of beautiful creations.
