Rude. Rude. Rude. Rude. And, rude. They are so rude at this place. I don’t know why but every time I come. Last time. Didn’t even order cause they were so bad.

Love the drinks and food. This is the only café that doesn’t mess up on a london fog. Everyone is always in a great mood. I just wish it didn’t close at 8 pm.

Ben is the best barista. He helped a newbie like me find the right coffee, explained what the difference is in the grind options, and was so friendly the entire time. It was like walking into a mom and pop coffee shop! Go Ben!

Okay coffee and rude workers. Came in, no welcome or anything. Ordered two drinks, one berry hibiscus tea. When I got my drink, no berries in it. The barista just put it on the counter and I asked is this my drink? She answered yeah we ran out of berries. Theirs no I’m sorry we ran of berries, can I maybe make you something else or maybe warned me when I ordered my drink theirs no more berries. The berries is what made the drink. If I would of known their was no berries, I would of ordered something else. Their was like only two customers at that time. Really disappointed with this place. I go to Starbucks all the time, and every barista I’ve met are friendly, but not this Starbucks. Never going here again.

Oh the sweet smell of coffee in the morning… and afternoon… and evening! The baristas know their stuff and always make my drinks to perfection. The snacks on site are tasty and fresh. Perfect spot to just relax and read inside the shop or outside.

As a nursing student, I’m constantly looking for new places to study. All the other Starbucks locations I’ve been to has always been pretty busy and I usually have no luck in finding a table, or it’s pretty loud. With that being said, I absolutely LOVE this location. It’s not as busy and you can usually find a table to sit at. I wish there were more power outlets but other than that, definitely my favorite location if you wanna get some studying done and grab a coffee. Their WiFi is fast too!

I love coming here bc they get my concoction right each and every time. I don’t have to spend 50 seconds or more instructing them how to make my drink like other places. Actually, soon as I walk up to the register, they know exactly what I’m getting. The employees also do a good job keeping the place clean. Oh. And they also know my name. It’s like CHEERS… I wanna go where every body knows my name. =)

It’s super close to the 15 freeway, never too busy and the staff are great! Great place to grab a coffee and read/study.

At least twice now with different workers I have had bad experiences at this Starbucks… Very rude workers who seem very unhappy to work here. First encounter they denied me of my birthday coffee and the second time I had to argue that I can have an iced tea refill because I am a gold member.

Every time I go to this Starbucks I see an elder gentleman with his catheter bag hanging on his pants buying coffee here and hanging out. For those of you who do not know what it is, catheters are used in the hospital when a patient is incontinent of urine(bladder or surgical purposes) for hospitalization. I know it’s nothing to anyone but it bothers me that this person is walking around with his urine bag in the store where there is food and liquid that people consume which potentially can make people sick due to bacteria lingering around this apparatus. I politely asked the barista to let the gentleman know that not only his bag has urine in it but it’s a health/bio hazard to everyone inside the store that he comes here with it without proper handling of the container and if he can kindly insert his bag in a container or another bag to contain it. Now, I am not asking to band this individual but to just properly handle his human waste accordingly that it won’t be hazardous. Sadly, the barista didn’t do anything and said to complain to head quarters. What is wrong with people?!? Let me leave you all with a graphic mental picture… Imagine yourself seeing someone holding a cup of urine walking around you or next to you… Do you think that’s OK? Would you not be concerned about your health or the people around you? Apparently this place thinks they can’t do anything about it and its«OK». Just a thought.

I’ve been going here for over 6 years and one thing that has always remained is their amazing customer service. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and more than willing to engage in a conversation with their customers. They also have a nice layout of tables and somehow always manage to make the place look bigger. Bathroom is always clean, which is a huge plus for those planning on staying here for a couple hours. This is my go-to study spot because it’s in a little hidden location where most customers get their coffee and go, leaving a majority of the tables and outlets are open. My only complaint is that they turn up their AC pretty high, so be sure to wear layers, or perhaps ask them to turn it down if anything.

Worst customer service ever! It’s 7pm on a Sunday night, 5÷10÷15, and the employees here tonight were horrible! Starbucks has their standard customer service, which all in all is pretty good everywhere you go but this location, tonight, didn’t have that welcoming feeling. The employees were dull, made no eye contact and didn’t have any personality whatsoever!

This Starbucks is conveniently located off the 15 at Mercy/Scripps. Parking can be limited at times but I’ve always been able to get a spot. I’m not a big coffee person to begin with. They have their happy hour half off frappuccinos promos usually in May. The happy hour is from 3 – 5. What’s great about this place is that it’s not super busy so I was able to stroll in here at 4:55 on 2 occasions and get my half off frap! And it doesn’t take forever to get the drinks! This is a good Starbucks if you want to avoid a busy one.

I’ve been a total gypsy lately –working on the fly, rolling hard in my yoga pants or with a suitcase. Sometimes both! I’ve needed to post up with my laptop to sent frantic emails on the regular this last month and thus Starbucks, our relationship has been pretty serious. We’ve been seeing a lot of each other. Meeting in secret in airports, plus I’ve been stopping in between meetings in multiple cities. It might be a full on affair. You’re a looker alright, with your plethora of bistro boxes in multiple coolers that probably never run out at this location particularly. I was in this morning, and although it was busy, it was mostly people stopping in to grab things to go, leaving the tables free for the likes of me and my intern. The kicker? Fast Wi-fi. I dunno what magic router you have that your other locations don’t, or maybe the joint just wasn’t packed with peeps taking up all the bandwidth? Either way, lightning speed.

A decent sized Starbucks but a slightly random location. It’s right off the 15 freeway so I suppose it’s very accessible for those who are just passing through Mira Mesa or trying to get gas at the nearby Shell. This location is pretty quiet, a good spot to go study if you’re able to snag a good table. I like this place if I know I need a good few hours of studying. I don’t feel so bad taking up space here because I feel like for the most part people just grab their coffee and go at this location. There are 3 or so bigger tables and they do have plugs near them. Main downside is the lack of parking spaces since there is only one row of parking spaces in front of all the stores in this plaza. There are more spots, but they’re all the way at the other end — opposite of Starbucks. Overall a good, quiet Starbucks location to hit the books for a while.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. The barista was rude. Don’t need the attitude during the holidays. If you want people to wait in a line that’s not obvious, put up a stinking sign.

This Starbucks is very peaceful in the morning. Their coffee is alright, I’m more of a frap/PTL kind of person. But the blueberry scone I ordered was delicious.

Love this Starbucks, right by the freeway. Has good seating, good space to chill and relax on a good sunny day. Employees are always nice! Love to always get a grande green tea frapp; add two shots, two pumps of peppermint syrup, two scoops java chips, soy milk and with no whip cream! It’s the ish! Aka Mint chocolate chip! You gota try it!

Starbucks is Starbucks… It’s clean and within walking distance from my house. So I walk up there often, and they have a nice outdoor area to sit at. It’s nice and quiet. I have always had great service there. And they have a large supple of salt for salted Carmel mochas. My favorite.

Even though I am a Starbucks regular, I usually don’t write reviews for them because their service and everything are pretty consistent. I am writing this review because last Sunday morning, I came to this location on Mercy Rd and I had my worse Starbucks mocha ever. It tasted like milk with maybe one shot of caffeine. I would have asked the barrister to make another one if I was not in a hurry. This coffee ruined my morning!
