Customer service at this Target Starbucks sucked today at 5pm. Unfriendly girl at the counter. Wife asked about a pumpkin thing that they had a giant sign for and the cashier gave attitude. If you can’t be friendly get a job at the DMV.

I like starbucks and their customer service but i think these girls need some lessons in professionalism and customer service… ive worked customer service and long rush hours before so i get the feeling but even though it was the happy hour event going on, it isnt the customers fault they got short staffed. Whoever manages this location needed to better plan for this. It was very unprofessional that they complained about it the whole time we were in line and were really upset about it. Yelled out to let the customers know they were short staffed so it was going to be a while and apologized, which i appreciate. But still, instead of complaining to each other, just keep a smile on and keep doing what you gotta do. They definately cracked under pressure so minus one star for that. As for my drink, its alright, a bit waterty for a frapp but still taste good.
