I love starbucks, I come to this location all the time. The food and drinks are very consistent and the staff is very nice. It is in a very accessible area and mobile ordering is amazing!

I don’t get into this store very often unless I’m in this area. But the few times that I’ve been here,(besides the fact the store is always busy there) they are well staffed and everyone is pleasant. The store is a little dated, but I do understand they’re going to be having a remodel soon.

«Blagkth.» Sorry to harp on one Starbucks in particular when the comment I’m about to make really relates to all Starbucks.. just had a «blueberry scone.» Starbucks is not my usual go to for a morning bakery item, but I’d thought I’d try it as I had heard that Starbucks is making more of an effort to serve food. It was, in a word, gross. The fact that it came factory sealed in a plastic pouch like a gas station pastry was the first tip off. The pastry itself was über sweet and fluffy… not works that are supposed to be used to describe scones. «Blagkth» is the sound I observed myself making as I decided NOT to eat the second have of the glossy/fluffy, 2×2 inch, $ 2.45 product. Starbucks brews an okay cup of coffee… but so do a lot of our local, delicious bakeries and coffee shops that also serve good food.

One of the more unique Starbucks with lot of room. The remodel they did about a year ago gave the store great personality.

Typical Statbucks. A line but the drinks were made quickly and to my liking. What else is there to say

I usually grab Starbucks before getting my nails done. I love coming here because my drinks are always consistent. The baristas are nice and genuine. Seating: There are plenty of seat indoors, bar settings and outdoors. I love their big community table! Great for study groups or meetings. Parking: Fenton plaza can occasionally be a little hectic, there are plenty of parking! Be sure to order your drinks with Francis! He makes the best Caramel macchiatos upside down!

Bar counter area very nice for setting up your lap top and working away. Service is friendly and it is very clean. Parking is ample, ample no drive thru.

This is a very typical Starbucks with nothing that makes it stand out or special. The staff seem fairly efficient considering the high traffic this center gets with Ikea and Costco nearby as well as the sports arena a few blocks down. In general, the customers here seem to be mostly students and young professionals working in the area, so no surprises here. That being said, the seating is mostly high chair or outside benches so it’s not great for shorter people who want to do work here. Normally, I rate Starbucks’s on how clean their bathrooms are as it seems to be a good indicator of staff and facility management. Unfortunately, I was too busy to use the restroom this time around so I can’t comment on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. This is a high traffic location though, so be warned.

Very spacious. A lot of people can fit here. Service was nice, baristas were friendly, cool coffee bar area which actually makes it look like a bar. Typical free WiFi and this is a SB I would actually take time to chill at since its a large one with many seating options.

This Starbucks location is in the Fenton Marketplace near Ikea. I’ve came to this location a few times and it’s your typical Starbucks overall. There’s a bit of seating outside, and inside there’s a decent seating area inside and also seating available up at the front counter. The drinks here are made right and the baristas here are nice. The night I came and posted up I sat at the front counter on their stool chair, a customer whom was at a nearby table was generous enough to share his outlet although the Starbucks wall outlet was faulty(plug is loose upon putting it into the wall and falls off). he brought his outlet adapter plug and allowed me to use it in order to get my charge on. Super sweet stranger in the house. ;P Come and get your Starbucks drink on at this Mission Valley location. :]

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I just waited 15 min for an iced coffee which they added double syrup by mistake. The blond barista moves like a snail and she makes one drink at a time. It’s painful to watch as someone who used to work at a busy Starbucks. The rest of the employees are usually really nice but they could def help out the barista if they stop and socialize with each other. I love Starbucks and my app but I’m not wasting my money on this store again. I’ve tried to give them a shot too many times.

This used to be my favorite location to go to, but they’ve had a lot of staffing changes in the last couple of years and not exactly for the better. Mind you, I love the remodel of the location – it’s so open and has that cool bar. But pleasing to the eye, is not enough to save it. As with other reviews I’ve seen, staff interaction is hit or miss – and miss is becoming more & more frequent :-( Today prompted me to finally write a review & it’s a long time coming. Of the 5 employees I saw«working» when I went in today, only one was friendly and she was clearly a newer employee as she was still being coached. The«manager» that was helping her, was so condescending to her and the lady paying at the register – really just flat out rude. Word to the wise, don’t roll your eyes at the customers, that’s a no-no. Arguing with customers when the line is to the door, also not a great example, especially when the guy in front of me made a comment of «wow, and she’s the one training?» I was embarrassed FOR the employees. :-/ Meanwhile the barista«Jerry» was barking at another customer who was waiting by the bar with, «do you need something else?» Had he asked nicely, I would’ve believed that was thoughtful of him, but it was far from nice and I know a bad attitude when I hear it Judging by the startled expression she had on her face, and her quiet answer, she’s obviously not a friend of his that he was just«joking around» with. He’s quite loud & because we heard him clearly, we looked at each other while waiting in line, with«that look.» You know that look of «did that really happen?» But of course caffeine beckoned. I hope that’s his real name so maybe they can recommend some customer service improvement courses. The only reason why I’m not giving it a 1 star is because at least they made my drink right and the convenient location(work is less than a block away.) I would’ve left but, I was out of time to go to another one. I haven’t had any bad experiences at any of the other nearby ones – Hazard, Mission Center or Ralph’s – but the Fenton location has the most horror stories told in our office and we end up comparing & reminiscing about how friendly they used to be. I know the location is what really keeps them going, but some smiles wouldn’t hurt them a bit.

A typical busy Starbucks. I’m here on a Friday morning and the line has been consistently long but fast moving. The employee I spoke with was very nice and smiley. There are quite a lot of tables both inside and outside. The indoor tables are small and only fit one laptop(FYI – if you are working with someone). It’s clean. Parking is easy because it’s next to the huge lot used for Ikea, Costco, etc. I give it 4 stars instead of 3 due to the ample seating, friendliness, and cleanliness. What I’m not a fan of is that it is quite hectic, which isn’t great if you are trying to work. :) Wifi speed: ping 32 ms download 8.22 mbps upload 7.56 mbps

I stop by this location probably once a week, I usually have appointments nearby. It’s always crowded, however they do a good job of keeping the line moving at a quick pace. I tend to come by in the mornings before the pizza place is open so I usually snag a parking spot right in front of that restaurant and avoid searching for parking in the lot by Starbucks. I feel like a lot of people complain about Starbucks being so expensive and blah blah blah. I come for two reasons. I drink brewed coffee, which is not outrageous in price like the blended drinks that every coffee house serves. And the other reason is the service. Service at all Starbucks is pretty much consistent. I bring my son to practice his social skills. He has autism and the baristas are always patient with him, they give him the time he needs to finish his sentences, even when it’s busy. So yeah, it might be a corporate chain, but I’ve been to smaller spots where staff won’t even make eye contact with children. I’ve also tried the order and pickup here at this location. It works much better than the one closer to my house. Probably because it’s a busier store, it seems to be better staffed. It’s nice to bypass the line though. I order before I leave my nearby appointment and it’s there waiting for me. I’ve already paid for it on my app, including tip, so I can just pickup and go.

Haven’t really encountered a bad Starbucks in my entire life, and this place is no different. Maybe a more frequenter can tell you subtle differences, but not me. And since I haven’t had a problem with any of them, there’s no reason why I shouldn’t give it 5 stars. Sorry I couldn’t be as helpful to you as I have been in my other reviews.

Let’s just say, if someone calls and asks what time you close, DONOTSAY, «It’s on our website!» Maybe we’re calling from our car on our way there so I don’t have time to look at your damn website! …hence my phone call! I spend A LOT of money on Starbucks coffee for myself and others, so please learn to respect your patrons! Also 2 of 3 mobile orders were ready for pick up.

Great, friendly service. It’s Wednesday morning, and they’re playing 90’s music. It’s like I’m back in college :) PS I wish they had more outlets. There aren’t enough for all the customers’ devices.

Easy parking, although I wish they had a drive through. Nice employees Always happy with my hot chocolate or refresher… I don’t drink coffee(Gasp!!! I know, right??) It’s a quick walk from my house and usually my bank offers some cash back rewards for using my card here so it’s a no-brainer for a quick pick-me-up.

So far out of my way to work busy so worth it! I used to work around the corner from this location and love it! Now I will travel 5 miles in the opposite direction to get my coffee! They make it so perfect every time! And they have the freshest pastries and sandwiches! Parking can be a hassle later in the day when the surrounding businesses are open but bright and early the parking lot is yours!

This Starbucks is slowly turning into my study hall. With professional exams coming up, and a public library that closes early as my best option, I needed a late night study spot. For me, this place does the trick. It has easy parking, is brightly lit, has several individual tables, enough outlets, and is generally uncrowded in the evenings. It is good to avoid this place on weekend afternoons, as it can be a zoo. For Starbucks, it is open late(11:00PM), though did close at 10:30 on Sunday, despite the 11:00 listed on their website. Drinks are made like any other Starbucks I’ve been to and the baristas are friendly enough. I’ll be back soon!
