Starbucks

For the most part I’ve had a decent experience at this Starbucks… For over 8 years. (since it is minutes from where I live). However, today when I went for my refill Andrea, the shift manager rudely questioned me whether I had purchased my coffee at that Starbucks. (I’d been sitting the whole time two tables away from the counter where she was working). She said she did not recognize me! As I handed her my Starbucks gold card… (An obvious sign that I’m a regular and have spent hundreds at this Starbucks) she continued to question me. I asked her to check my card to see the last purchase. «We can’t do that! «she responded. I told her I was offended and that if she is choosing to question me she should be able to verify my purchase!!!
She was rude and disrespectful to me. There was no apology offered. Instead there was later giggling and they (Andrea and one other staff member) completely ignored my concerns.
One of the things I pay for when I go to Starbucks is the ambience. An apology would have solved this. I felt disregarded so fully that I have decided to no longer patronize this Starbucks again. I’ll save my money!
Eventually I decided to return the refill and write this. I’ll give the manager Jesse, a call later on.

Customer service is horrible at night. I didn’t need the extra attitude with my drink or the nasty comments you made. Two male cashiers shouldn’t make women feel horrible about ordering.

This store’s staff is very often unfriendly. Long line. Students abusing tables. Least favorite Starbucks around here

I come here for my daily dose of coffee everyday because it’s close to my work. The staff can work on their customer service. I get that you guys are always busy but it doesn’t matter if I come in at a time when its slow or busy they’re never friendly. Rather than having the mobile orders ready to pick up you HAVE to ask for it. Sometimes I have to wait a long time for my mobile order. Which defeats the whole point of it. I could get my order a lot faster by standing in the long line.

Wow Elena at this Starbucks really impressed me! As clean bathrooms first thing I notice! If not clean there then not clean in kitchen!

Yet Elena, like I did, stepped up to do what many won’t do: get dirty to get job done. «Our crowns only get bigger with hard work and won’t fall off with dirty work»

I want to start buy saying the girls hear are very nice, However the guys here on multiple occasions have shown a very bad attitude. This one star is because of customer service ANGELO your attitude was not appreciated. I asked you politely to blend my drink the way I ordered it and you refused forcing me to at that point tell you to make me another if there was nothing you could do with the original drink you made. Once you gave me the 2^nd drink it was so watered down the liquid spilled all over my white shirt just from picking it up. ANGELO your bad attitude and inadequate drink delivery does not leave me a desire to return to this star bucks.

One of my favorite Starbucks! There’s plenty of tables, and they’re positioned close together — makes for great socializing. I’ve ran into fellow UCSD alums here. I’ve also had some great random conversations with strangers here. People are friendly.
Baristas are also super nice. I’ve seen students bring in outside food and the baristas don’t complain. Sometimes people want to simply sit indoors with a Five Guys burger next to their Starbucks coffee without being harassed. Thanks baristas!

Another review for another Starbucks that I frequent. (Maybe I drink too much coffee?) as I mentioned in previous reviews, Starbucks fall into one of two categories, the good, and the exceptional. This Starbucks is certainly good, it’s big, lots of outdoor seating, near a book store, and friendly staff for the most part.
I always order either a standard coffee or a quad espresso over ice with coconut milk. The reason why I docked this one a star is because of a couple incidents with the coconut milk.
I understand that coconut milk is new, but it is no more expensive then say whole milk, or half and half. I rarely get charged for it, and on the rare occasions I do, it’s a $.60 add on. On two separate occasions, they attempted to charge me over 3 dollars in addition to the two dollars and change I normally pay for the espresso. They said it was a latte because of how much milk they used, which struck me as strange. I could have gone over and filled a cup with any other kind of milk, so why attempt such an aggressive bump?
I chalk it up to the coconut milk being new, and the up charges not all that clearly defined as of yet. Overall it’s a good place to grab a coffee and relax outside while chatting with friends or getting some work done.

Service and food was great. It’s a bit warm inside so I wouldn’t recommend going there to work or hang out.

It’s not a bad Starbucks but it isn’t the best either.
The line moves slow at this location and it’s a little drab and depressing inside.
It’s generally difficult to get a seat while school is in session and an older unsavory crowd occupies the place in the evenings when school isn’t in session.
The wifi at this location is the worst out of any Starbucks I’ve been too. It’s slow, spotty, and sometime can take up to 20 minutes to load one page.

I come here a few times a day due to a slight caffeine addiction that I have (and I work in the same shopping center). It’s always pretty clean for the most part and the employees are always nice and friendly. They have ample outdoor seating compared to other Starbucks, which is nice for getting work done on a nice day. Only downside is sometimes the lines get a little long and it can take a while to get your drink, but that’s typically only during prime time in the morning.

Only three stars because of the creepy men standing around outside smoking all the time. What’s up with that? They usually don’t get anything at Starbucks, they just stand around smoking and staring at girls walking by or eating at Chipotle/​Five guys/​Starbucks. CREEPY. Probably my least favorite UTC Starbucks for that reason alone.

Starbucks with an Attitude :)
One of the worst Starbucks i have ever been to. Hardcore Starbucks fan, but will never go to this one ever again.
i used to go to this place often because its very close to my apartment. Its one of the filthiest starbucks. The Baristas over here have an attitude problem. Very rude, they dont call out when the order is ready and of course they mess up the order every time. There is never cream, sugar at the station. So many other starbucks within 2 mile radius. Avoid this one !

Super interesting for a Starbucks review haha, but I think this particular establishment has weaker iced coffees. As most of you know, iced coffee is a more concentrated coffee poured over LOTS of ice to balance it out. The only reason I noticed is because I usually hit up the starbucks off Washington st in mission hills and I always get a tall and I can barely finish that without becoming a crack head! However, I got a grande iced coffee and finished it entirely without shivering and tweaking out. Weird…

This is a really busy Starbucks location, it’s a good place to people watch but I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a place to study. It’s a small location and there aren’t many tables. It’s great though if you’re just going for a quick drink or to meet a friend.

This Starbucks employees are the rudest and most miserable in the business. Save your money go to Petes coffee about a mile away in the whole foods mall.
I live next to this Starbucks and buy a drink every day but still they act like they are doing me a favor by selling a cup of ok coffee. Bitch asses

This place is swift with their orders. I always go to this Starbucks shop to curb my late night coffee craving. The location can be unsurprisingly full (seating) for a small shop, so be ready to grab your drinks on the go.

This is on my way to work, I usually go to the Starbucks off Miramar but their lines are always impossible. I decided to stop at this one as I didn’t know if the Starbucks in the mall was open yet.
I have never been to a Starbucks with such miserable staff. The girls that were there this morning had ZERO personality and it would have killed them to smile. All looked like they had 2 hours of sleep and just didn’t want to be there or even show interest in customers. The girl at the cash register was just so bland, didn’t even say good morning and good luck to even get eye contact from her. Nothing great or special about this Starbucks, my drink was okay I won’t come back here as my customer service and drinks are better at other locations! I think this location has to do a staff sweep and bring in HAPPY or even employees that can fake the smile and personality. SADNESS STARBUCKS!

This Starbucks line can be long in the morning but they get your drinks done fast and they get your order right. the staff is nice and the store is clean and the store is a medium sized Starbucks. the Starbucks has seating if you want tol either go work on homework or work or if you just want to sit down and enjoy your coffee.

There are many ways to go to work… and today I should have taken the 15… but I didn’t. So now I left with very few choices of coffee fulfillment.
This is my second time here. I should have learned my lesson the first time. *little frustration explosion shoots out of my head* pffff… The coffee shop is dirty and small. The crew is not at all friendly. I came here because I needed COFFEE for the day. Unfortunately, this is the last coffee shop on the way to work. I was rushed and I had to get my caffeine somehow… better luck next time. By the way I ordered a venti Pike’s place and it tasted bitter. ****I also got the Michigan Oat Bar, that however was good, I am sure that they sell this at all their locations.
