Starbucks

As a Starbucks gold card holder, I am allowed free refills on iced coffee and tea. I’ve never had an issue with this AT THIS EXACT location before. I frequent this location practically every other day for my iced coffees and teas. Today when I came in, the guy informed me that unless I consumed my beverage inside the premises I wouldn’t be allowed a refill. The girl who rang me up was present at the register as well, so it’s not like I brought in cups from another day just to get a refill, I was in there literally 15 minutes prior! I was literally 10 steps away from the store consuming my beverage at my workplace. And with this location being inside a Vons and not a standalone store (the ones where you actually want to sit inside the store and chill with your drink), literally who is hanging out inside Vons drinking their coffee?! I work right next door to this location, so it’s sad to say I will not be purchasing any more drinks from here, and being such an extremely dissatisfied customer, this will not be the last time they hear from me about this! You woke the beast!!!

I come here and suck on the wifi for a half hour at a time probably twice a week without ordering a drink. I am always left alone and nobody says anything. There is seating for others at the times I am there but when it looks like someone needs my seat and they have a drink I leave.
That being said the bathroom is clean, the floor is clean and the store is with nice people.

Super nice folks working the coffee, and it’s always nice and hot!!!
