Everything I get here is bad, I order something hot and it’s cold, I order light ice and half the cup is filled with ice. She said usually the entire cup is filled with ice. What a rip off. I will never come here again!!!

I love people work this location. My kid goes to school around this location so I get cup of coffee after I drop him off. There are couple of high school around this place so it gets so pack around 8;30am. There is park closed by starbucks so I enjoy the coffee there whenever I can.

I just wanted to update this review to get to the point: this Starbucks has shitty customer service (from one bartista in particular) so now I go to the one inside of Vons. It is much, much better there.

I rarely buy fancy coffee drinks, but I went for a splurge and dropped $ 4.75 for a Venti sized Flat White…
However, I was pleasantly surprised by a heart in my drink… the handsome barista thought I was cute? :)

My wife ordered a seasonal drink and was talking about it not being to her liking, The Manager overheard her and asked her what drink she would like to have instead. We declined as there was nothing wrong with the drink it just wasn’t to her taste. Kids also stated this was the best Starbucks ever as they got their secret menu drink exactly right. Perfect! FYI, I liked it!

Haven’t been to this location in awhile. The lady at the register was nice and friendly but man — the barista that made my drink (I won’t mention his name — bc hopefully he was just having one bad morning was not a very happy camper. He looked robotic and when I told him he added too much water to my drink and I may want him to remake it… he seemed annoyed and said, «Well, you want to try it first?» Anyway, good thing there are Starbucks everywhere and Better Buzz down the street. I’ll go where people are nicer. Happy Saturday felt like a Blah Saturday at this location. They weren’t even busy.

Boo! I came in this morning at 10:00 am to pick up a Joe-​to-​Go carrier and was met with an eye roll when the tall man taking my order asked «What can I get started for you?» Sorry I’m not stretching your coffee creative genius-​ness, fella, but I need a bunch of coffee for a meeting I’m having down the street. When it was ready he actually pushed it toward me and said «Here.» Not «Here you go!» Or «Here’s your coffee» or anything remotely pleasant. The customer next to me also noted the rudeness and said that he is often rude and sullen. Since there are 2 other Starbucks within a mile of this one, I think I’ll be taking my coffee purchases there.

This is my least favorite Starbucks ever.
I work in Liberty Station so I came here for coffee before work a handful of times. Each time the employees seem sour. They also forgot about my drink once and stood there chatting it up making me late for work. I found that the people working on Rosecrans/​Sports Arena or even the kiosk in Vons like their job better or something because they always have a smile on their face.

This is a great Starbucks location. I like the indoor and outdoor seating. Being in liberty station, it’s close to a lot of good shopping and the park.
The customer service here is great. Definitely one to stop at.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. If there’s one thing I learned while in the food business, is that the bathroom is almost a direct representation of the kitchen. On the flip side, service is good and customer service is good as well.

Its a Starbucks. I stop in here after church or before grocery shopping. Staff is always friendly. I have nothing to add about this Starbucks that stands out in a positive or negative way any more than other starbucks.

Service is very slow! Came in at night with only one other person ahead of me in line and it took 15 minutes for the barista to make me a grande peppermint mocha. If this wasn’t bad enough the drink was lukewarm. I was in a hurry and didn’t have another 15 minutes to spare to get my drink remade correctly. I would find another Starbucks that’s better managed with prompt and friendly service, be advised. (Btw I am a former barista at Starbucks and my store was nothing like this)

This Starbucks is conveniently located off of Rosecrans St. and Truxton Rd, next to the Trader Joe’s and Vonns. There is limited seating inside for casual hang outs but additional patio seating outside so if you need to come here and work or study it’s definitely possible.
Very awesome baristas here, always get great service and my coffee nice and hot!

The bathroom was constantly full. Had to wait in a line. Service was friendly and beverages were delicious and delivered fast. They even accommodated me for switching my order and took the time to explain the difference between my choice of beverages. I recommend the establishment. The location is beautiful and set in a lovely relaxed setting within a plaza.

I’ve been to this Starbucks several times since I ofter go the Liberty Station Park for exercise. I normally pick either and Americano or a refreshing green iced tea. The teas have always made the mark (
) Every time I have visited this location, the service has been pleasant and friendly. It does get busy at peak times, and given it’s rather small inside, then lines can get kinda long and bunched up.
They have plenty of seating outside with a few tables inside. (
) Their Wi-​Fi has been good and easy to access if you are signed up for their free AT&T service. I love the way my phone automatically recognizes their network when I visit.

Giving this Starbucks an extra star because I like the feel of the place in the morning. Their coffee is stronger than some of the other’s and that’s a bonus point for me also.
The staff is super friendly and they work quick. I’ve sat there and watch the line snake on through and it doesn’t take long before everyone has their drink and moves on their merry way. In other locations they would still be standing there.
Not as much room to sit inside but there is a nice large patio area outside.
People are telling the truth about Sundays. With the church right across the street and people using this large parking lot, this place gets a mad rush between Services.
