Southwest Trophy & Awards

Just purchased 5 awards for our agents and they came out looking great! I’ll upload a photo. Great service and easy to work with. I emailed them all my requirements, they gave me a few options within my budget and I was able to pick everything up about a week later.

I spoke with Gabriel at Southwest trophy and he was very personable and really came through for me in a bind! I owe him all the credit for helping me look like super mom (I’m not :)). I will definitely give them a call without hesitation in the future!

This place proves that good old fashioned customer service is alive and well. We have them do a few items for us (both of which turned out beautifully), and forgot to ask if they were going to be closed on a holiday; it wasn’t a national one, but a significant one enough to close business for, and we went to pick up the trophy, and the place was closed. So, we panicked because the awards were for an event that evening. We got a hold of Gina, who made a special trip in to give us the items, and she was so kind and accommodating, and we felt horrible and she just took the best care of us. There are just no words to convey the level of customer service Gina provided, and we are forever their customers because of that event, and because they are fast, their prices are very reasonable and they embody everything that is great about doing business with someone.

I have been here 2 times/​year for the past few years, and Shelly always remembers me and makes sure that everything is done right. I have ordered some, well, different awards, and she is always creative and helpful.

I have used Southwest since 2009, the service has always been great. There have been times when we had last minute items that we really needed. They gave us a military discount which we needed as we are a small student veteran organization. We appreciate all the help and quality service. I have seen when customers are upset and the management has handled it in a very professional manner. I don’t know if the other replies are to send customers to other places but if you want great quality and helpful staff, this is the place.

I work in a large agency across the street from this business and we need engraving done on a more than average basis. I have used Southwest Trophy 3 times in the past several months and have been very happy with both the service and the results. Shelly has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and makes good suggestions when I have trouble making up my mind on either the award type or the inscription. She lets me know circumstances impacting when the order will be ready (closed for a holiday, busy season, etc) and things have been ready when promised. They have a great selection of awards – it’s hard to make up my mind, which is why Shelley’s suggestions are welcomed. I highly recommend this business for their customer service and big selection.

Slow and careless and rude.
We had friend’s a marathon finisher’s medal engraved there. They said it would take two weeks. When we tried to pick it up, they said one more week (3 weeks). Same thing happened the next time (4 weeks). On week 5, they called us and asked if we planned to pick it up because they hadn’t gotten around to it yet.
When we finally did get the medal, they had engraved the wrong name on it. We checked the form for the engraving; the form was correct. The engraver was just careless.
This is the topper — they said, «Well, maybe we won’t charge you then.» Maybe? It took them 5 weeks and then they ruined his marathon medal. And they think MAYBE they shouldn’t charge us?
Go to RC Awards on University instead. They fixed the Southwest Trophy screw up and completed the medal in a matter of days.
