Very affordable and professional! Got a nice mahogany plaque for 55, don’t have to pay all at once which is nice. Finished product better than we expected, we will go no where else for our plaque and award needs !

I dropped off order for a plaque on Monday, last week. They said they would get it done by Thursday. I came in the following Monday and it wasn’t done — no big deal, I’ll come get it Tuesday at 0900, and they would drill a hole in for a challenge coin to be flush, or they offered to glue it on to me on the spot. I said, «No, gluing it sounds cool, but I would like it flush. I’ll come in tomorrow.»
I came in Tuesday at 1100 and it still wasn’t done, they told me I can just get the sample and they would slap a new engraving plate on it, and they would drill a hole. The guy took it to the back and nailed the coin into the wood — not drilled. Gluing it, which was their suggestion, would’ve been better, but they just nailed it.
Furthermore, it was a sample, so the back of the wood is chipped, which I didn’t notice at first, and the holes drilled in the back to hang it are not functional because they laser engraved it upside down.
Can I give negative stars? Tardiness, plus sloppy work. Good for them that all their other reviews mention how busy they are and all that, but if I get sloppy service because they’re so busy, then maybe I should go elsewhere.

Award Master has a great/​friendly atmosphere, customer service is excellent! Work gets done in a fast amount of time and the quality is amazing! As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed! You can request almost anything from plaques to paddles or even stickers, and it’ll be done perfectly. You cannot go wrong with Award Master!

I will never go to another place to get awards or going away presents for my coworkers. The turnaround is always quick and the quality is amazing and unrivaled. What I love most is that this is a family run local business. I am glad to spend money here. Plus they have a really cute dog.

Best place in town to get your military award needs! I got myself a Shadowbox made to my exact needs. Absolutely love the solid wood and different types of wood. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend you dollar and get the highest quality out of it!
