I pulled my hamstring whilst running and heard that Mary was excellent with sports injuries. I have received massages from many great massage therapists in the past, but none was as skilled as Mary. She was outstanding on every level and her professionalism was outstanding. She listened carefully to everything I told her and she asked relevant questions. She has an incredible awareness of how much pressure to apply. I was nervous that the massage was going to be painful but it was not at all, it was fantastic! I felt better the moment I walked out and now 3 days later I feel great and almost ready to run again! I will be visiting Mary on a monthly basis from now on just to keep everything healthy and in check. I highly recommend Mary to anyone who wants a good massage or has an injury, she will definitely help.

I am an elite athlete and I rely on massage therapy to keep me healthy. I have received massages from many great massage therapists, but none was as skilled as Mary. She has an incredible awareness of where the muscles are tightest and how much pressure to apply. She is very receptive, though I rarely had to ask for any modifications. I have never had a massage that was that effective with so little pain. I thought that massages had to be painful to be effective, but this massage did more to loosen my muscles than any of the more painful massages I have had. I recommend Mary to all of my friends and anyone who wants a good massage. Needless to say, I will be coming back to Mary for all of my future massages.
