I love Siti Medical Spa! The staff makes you feel at home. Antonio and Susan are extremely warm, professional and friendly. Bree, Teresa, Haley and Elieen are amazing with customer service. I feel that they go above and beyond! I have been in customer service for over 25 years and worked at Nordstrom. I know that they will always take care of me. I enjoy the B-​12 injections and Lipodenextreme injections for an extra energy boost, I see Bree weekly and the V-​Shape makes me feel smaller and tighter!

Teresa is very informative and attentive. Prices are fantastic! I was recommended by a friend and am so pleased with my results! I can’t wait to come back.

Teresa did my juvaderm injections and I love them! Very subtle, but a huge difference to me! I was afraid to get them because I didn’t want a duck face, but she is an expert for a reason! I’ve gotten so many compliments, everyone says I look more youthful!
I have since gone back for more of what they have to offer. I get weekly B12 shots along with metabolism enhancers. I’m almost 40 and I feel better than ever. Thank you!

Sue and her team are really wonderful. Having had several procedures prior to finding Sue, I had become miffed at how many Medical Spas did not deliver on their promises or services.
She us honest and will really give you the best suggestions, according to what you need.
I will not go anywhere else. As a Hotel Concierge, I have many choices, but SITI Spa is my ‘go to’.

I can’t say enough positive things about Susan and Siti Med Spa.
I’m a complete unabashed aesthetic snob combined with a strong frugalista streak in my DNA. This means sometimes I compromise quality over quantity *hanging my head* depending on other pragmatic priorities. I particularly hate car insurance renewal, it really puts a dent in my injectable budget. So I go to somebody other than Susan on occasion, under the guise that this is a good idea. Well, it’s not. You go to an el cheapo somebody and end up with el horrendo results.
Susan is Wonder Woman and has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. She wasn’t even my practitioner, but I went crawling back to her in shame and she’s either fixed me or been completely honest that she can’t fix me. Tinctures of time have been my only antidote lately. She’s always been professional, compassionate, and kind — to my face! Susan, I don’t blame you if you laugh at my antics behind my back. .. I know I do! Join my party!
I am looking forward to sharing a healthy laugh WITH Susan at my next appointment. I have learned my lesson. I’m never straying again. Siti’s prices are reasonable enough and the quality of care is impeccable.

The most important things about a business to me are, being good at what you do and having great customer service. You can’t have one without the other when there are so many options around San Diego!
I went to Siti Spa because I did a Unilocal search and found that they are close to my house. They have a lot of good reviews, which I liked, but their bad reviews all said the same thing: their Botox doesn’t last. There were also a couple reviews that said Siti harassed them after posting a bad review. I’m an optimist, so I thought the good reviews outweigh the bad, so give it a try! Not the best move :(
I waited past their recommended week to see results, but I didn’t feel the «numbing» effect I’ve felt in the past. After 2 weeks, still, barely visible results. I called to tell them, and they wanted me to come in for more, but 30+ units was enough of a risk for me (it was cheap… I guess I got what I paid for). Since then, I’ve heard that the nurse can make a mistake when mixing the Botox, which would make it less effective — maybe that was the case here.
I didn’t end up going back, and I didn’t return their 2^nd or 3^rd call to come in. I will just wait to go to a new place with a better reputation, even if I have to drive a few more miles! I know they will read this review and try to get me to try them again, but please don’t keep calling. I didn’t have a good experience, and I’d like to leave it at that.
