No complaints here! I was a little nervous when I looked up company on Unilocal after being told by my inlaws our baby gift was going to be delivered this way(via WayFair) today. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised! No one was required to be home for the delivery, but they still came on the front end of their time estimate. We were told between 10a-2p; they called at 1015 and arrived at 1030. Packages were in perfect condition and the man who called for the ‘heads up’ was pleasant and helpful! Give them a try!

If I could give no stars, I would. So I bought this reclining loveseat from Wayfair & wanted to have it delivered 12÷24÷15. Wayfair told me that it would be delivered that date but they lied. It turns out this company is closed on Christmas Eve because they claim it’s a federal holiday when it is not. Look it up if you don’t believe me. Now one of the associates called me today wanting to set up a time for my delivery tomorrow. Ha. When I called her back she got a huge attitude because I was pissed that it wouldn’t be delivered the 24th because they were closed. I asked her why the company couldn’t have called me the 22nd to set up a delivery time on the 23rd which is today. She said because it’s not protocol to do that & then she spouted out all these bullshit answers that could’ve easily been done. I was venting my frustration TO her, not AT& she hung up on me! WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! She never tried to calm me down once but instead became pissed at me & hung up on me. If a customer has a delivery date set up on a day the company isn’t open, then the company should call a few days in advance asking to reschedule the delivery day to when they are open. Case & point what happened to me. They could’ve easily solved the issue by calling me the 22nd& scheduling a delivery of the furniture on the 23rd but I guess that makes too much sense for such an unprofessional company. So I called back even more pissed off. A different associate answered & I explained the situation & she was much more understanding than the one I originally talked to. She then also told me that I could pick it up today if I wanted to & had a pickup truck to do so with. The associate I originally talked to never told me that. She hid that info from me because she was butthurt about me being upset & trying to reason with her. Moral of the story: do not use this company. You will be dissatisfied, furious, & upset with how they handle any business.

When it was time to sell me on Mayflower everyone here was great. The first day the packing crew came they were careful and efficient. However, without being informed my house was loaded onto a truck and sent to a warehouse only to be told that they have no driver for the actual move. Now my furniture has to be moved onto a second truck but still no correspondence from them as to when it will be sent to the new city. They were by far not the cheapest company but I went with them because they seemed to know what they were doing. Now, no one has any idea when my items will arrive. Lesson learned.
