I need to give 5 negative stars here for this notary service. I scheduled with a notary for an important legal document that needed to submit for foreign court purpose. I checked with the notary and she was being selective on choosing what kind of documents she can witness my signing and prove with her embossment. She is unbelievably unprofessional and even showed me a notary qualification handbook link to read. I don’t understand why this woman can pass test and become a notary while she provides limited professional service here. I later got a very quick and professional service from a notary at UPS store. Please note that UPS store in downtown San Diego provides notary service 7 days, albiet not 24 hours. However, the last minute back out from ²⁴⁄₇ San Diego Mobile Notary made me distasted their service. I suggest you who needs a notary service quickly should go forward to call UPS store at 501 W Broadway, San Diego, CA 92 101. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOTARY SERVICE AT UPS. NO HASSLE NO COMPLAINTS AGAINST CUSTOMER!!!

I am a realtor and I often have to refer my clients to a good Notary. Carlos has always been on time for my clients and his fees are very reasonable. I have alo used him for my own personal notary needs. He was on time and I didn’t wait at all, In fact i think he was waiting for me. Overall good experience and very professional. Will recommend to all my friends, family and clients.

I would not even give them one star!!! Carlos who apparently owns the place is untimely and unprofessional! If you want to waste your time and money go here!
He told me what time I could come in for an appointment and then never showed up. It was absolutely unbelievable. He had apparently gone to get coffee around the corner when he had made an appointment at exactly the same time.
Even the janitor told me when he saw me waiting in the hall to call or I would be waiting on Carlos a long time… that should be a clue as to how this business is ran if the janitor even knows that Carlos is apparently ALWAYS late!

This guy sucks. This would be the second time i would’ve used his services, (the first time was ok…) however today he decided standing me up was a good idea instead. i called him this morning at 10 am and we had set an appointment for 330. 330 came and went. While i was at the agreed upon location, waited an extra 20 minutes called him 5x and he never showed up or answered his damn phone. His voice mail message is pretty funny because it says leave me a message and i’ll call you back in less than 5 minutes. Everything about this guy is bullshit. I reiterate, this guy sucks.
