This Ferragamo store has the worst customer service!!! Nobody really care about you, especially the lady sales!

I have gone through a frustrating ordeal that started when a bought a pair of shoes at this store. The store did not have the pair I needed in stock so they were ordered. When I received them I realized that they were not comfortable and I returned to the store to return them. They would not return my money pointing to a small sign(2 in x 2 in) at the counter that stated they would not return money on a sale item. The sign was visible but honestly I would not think of looking for this verbiage in what I thought was a «high end store. The store could not give me a receipt that showed the credit for my records because according to the associate the system was new and she hadn’t not been trained on producing a credit receipt. The manager was nowhere to be found, I convinced myself to pick something else simply to use my credit. Again, the store did not have the shoe in stock and it had to be ordered. After some weeks I called to check on the shoes and I was told that they were ready for pick up but they had neglected to call me. The day I planned to pick them up I called the sales associate to verify she was available because I did not want to experience problems with the credit but the associate was not working. I decided to go on the day the associate was working. When I showed up to pick up up the shoes the associate could not find them and later realized that she had never ordered them! This ordeal has really tried my patience. Beware of thinking you are getting better quality and service because you are paying more. I’m getting these expensive shoes(some day) and will have to remember this experience every time I use these shoes! :(
