Rex Downing is the nicest realtor I’ve ever met … we’ve known him for about 5 years through various events in Kensington, and always found him to be extremely pleasant, sincere, and kind on a social level. Most people in our neighborhood even refer to him as the «Mayor of Kensington» … he knows EVERYTHING about this place and what’s going on.
In May when we were considering moving, Rex and Scot came to our home and helped assess our situation with the falling housing market. We were very pleased with his professionalism and expertise in guiding us in the right direction.
Although we’re staying put right now, Rex will be our realtor of choice if and when we decide to move … he impressed us very much!
