Very small store with little product and the polishes there are sub-​par at best. All polishes look old and discolored and the pigment is separated. When asking how much the gel polish was, the man at the counter seemed as if he was thinking about it and made up his own price and gave me attitude when he said it. $ 16 for a bottle of gel polish that may or may not even be good? Yeah right! On to the next nail supply store.

Being a nail manicurist, I am constantly buying nail supplies and they aren’t cheap!
Thank goodness I found this place because they have a HUGE selection of nail supplies and polishes, and even hair products and supplies for a GOOD PRICE! And when I say good price — I mean LOWEST price compared to many nail supplies stores in SAN DIEGO!
Although this store is pretty cramped and packed, and small — thats not much of a problem to me. As long as they have everything, and for a good price — I’m all for it!
Customer service is good here, they even help bring bulk supplies or supplies in general to your car if they’re too heavy for you! Very sweet of them.

My wife loves their HUGE selection of OPI nail polish and it’s only $ 8/​each. Target has a much smaller selection at $ 10/​each.
I love how it’s next to Manila Sunset — I love their food!
I would give them a perfect 5, but it feels cramped inside and there’s boxes just sitting around in odd places and throughout the aisles.

this place is nail polish Heaven. All the OPI and China Glaze you could ever imagine (walls and walls of it). If you’re looking for a certain color, this place has it. Yes, it’s messy and unorganized and you might have to shake the nail polish to re-​mix it but yo won’t find better prices than this place.

Extremely well stocked store! Packed from floor to ceiling with products. They also sell things in bulk. The Costco of beauty supplies. I only come here to get gallons of nail polish remover. Great price! There are also double, triple, and quadruple rainbows of brand name nail polish. The service is very pleasant since my mother is friends with the lady owner. Parking is small, but it doesn’t get crowded.

I always stare at the beauty products glaring at me through the door of this store, but always end up passing on the opportunity to come in. In a way, I’m a bit intimidated coz (pardon my stereotypes listed below, but really I speak from experience — lots & lots of experience):1) it’s an asian beauty store (which means they may sell cheap knock offs); 2) it’s an asian beauty store (everything may be expired but still displays the products) and 3) it’s an asian beauty store (which means I won’t be able to have a decent conversation with the person manning the place if I were to have a question). Boy, do I stand corrected… this store has a full spectrum of colors and brands when it comes to nail polish (which is my current addiction). Definitely will return and spend more dough here.

It’s my favorite place to get nail polish! They have rows and rows of China Glaze, OPI, a couple Essies, and more recently ORLYs. There’s lots of color variety and the owner always restocks. I just went recently and he had nail appliques for 4 bucks! The owner is really nice and as Dana mentioned, they do take requests for colors. He also has lots of hair care and other various items aside from nail care. Don’t be fooled by the tiny size of the store, there’s definitely lots of merchandise and I always spend at least 30 minutes browsing around (but maybe it’s cause I’m indecisive!)

I LOVE THIS PLACE!
I found out about this place through my cousin. I came in looking for some Crackle nail polish, and I was excited to see that they had a generic brand for $ 4.99 a bottle! They have so many different colors, it was amazing LOL They were selling China Glaze for $ 4.99 also! I swear some colors are discontinued. If you love nail polish check this place out!
It was kind of messy when I stopped by, but I’m not complaining. Minimum of $ 10 to charge as well!

Phat’s has about a million nail polish selections, from China Glaze to Essie to Daisy to OPI. Unless you know exactly what you want, you’ll be browsing the aisle for at least half an hour. But in a good way!
Phat’s seems to focus mostly on nail supplies and hair products. Also, get some of the popular Crackle nail polish before he runs out. They go fast! Phat is funny & helpful and so is his wife Lin (sp?) who runs the cash register. Also, their prices are ridiculously reasonable!

Amazing shop with amazing prices. The first time i went here, the person working behind the counter also looked pretty decent.
They also have pretty much everything you can ask for, with customer service. I would recommend stopping by this supply shop before other other ones.
