Highly recommend them for physical therapy. Professional, caring, and their care and instruction cured my lower back pain. This was a life changer for me. I can travel now and lift my carry on bag up into the overhead compartment on the airplane. Can’t thank them enough for improving my quality of life! Thanks to their therapy I can continue to work. Also their gym is just right for exercise at your own pace. The gym is not crowded, is very large and welcoming.

The exercise classes at Personally Fit are increasing my strength and energy level. I’m a senior with limited motion in my back. The Silver Sneakers class, using chairs, is strengthening muscles that haven’t been used in many years. Very friendly staff!

I have been treated by Doris and Carrie at Personally Fit for over a year. Both practitioners are excellent and I highly recommend them. They have helped me with foot drop and other issues related to MS. They developed an exercise régime that targets my problem areas and increases my strength and coordination. My physical abilities and function have improved because of the care and encouragement I’ve received here. Everyone I’ve encountered at Personally Fit is friendly, helpful, and professional. After experiencing a traumatic injury almost one year ago (Broken Left Humerus Bone) last July, then working through a substantial amount of pain & swelling over the next two months, my Orthopedist suggested I go to Personally Fit for physical therapy.
Since Last October, I’ve been going to Personally Fit twice weekly for PT on my shoulder & arm. I’m so impressed with the entire staff at Personally Fit, they are kind, caring, and go out of their way to guide, assist, and make you feel as comfortable as possible while receiving therapy.
The friendly & professional attitude at Personally Fit is always consistent and they go out of their way to make sure you are attended to in a positive & caring way.
I was introduced to and received therapy from Ryan, who is outstanding in approach to targeting specific areas where trauma exists, and slowly but surely working those areas to create complete range of motion.
Being age 56, then experiencing a very unfortunate incident that you never expect to happen, really did a number on my body and also affected my physical & mental confidence.
My doctor actually told me at the very outset that my broken bone injury was probably 8 weeks start to finish, which was so very far from the actual reality or truth.
It’s been a 12 month process to regain normal range of motion and I accepted that time frame a few months ago, after all the therapy as well as hard work to bring myself back to my standard of quality, having kept myself in good shape and being an active individual over the years.
I owe a great deal to Ryan and the entire staff at Personally Fit for helping me to physically & mentally work through the process of physical therapy and understand that with time and perseverance, things do get better and your body will respond.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time because I was so pleased with my experience at Personally Fit. The name says it all. You do not feel like a number there. Everybody greets you and is friendly and professional. Andrew fixed my shoulder, which I could not move without pain. I was amazed at his level of skill. It seemed like he had a million tricks and techniques to get the results we needed. He really put a lot of effort into figuring out the problem and getting my shoulder pain-​free. Not only that, but he also taught me how to keep up my exercise régime when I left so that I could stay out of PT. I highly recommend this place. The other PT’s seemed equally competent and caring and the exercise staff is knowledgeable and in all ways terrific.
