Dr. Padilla is amazing. I have been looking for someone who’s a sport Chiropractic who can fix me as I’m an active person and also, who would take Kaiser. I wasn’t able to turn my neck to the left as flexible as to the right for over 4 months. My left neck was completely tight. Dr. Padilla took his time and worked out my neck with Active Release Technique. It hurts, but it has been a blessing.

My wife and I are new to Chiropractic treatment… what I did not know — worked against me. The first visit w/​Dr. Padilla showed an X-​ray of my spine. Looking at the image compared to a physical model of a healthy spine was an eye-​opener. I did not have chronic pain, but learned how inflexible and degenerative I had become. He does an excellent job of explaining the functions of the nervous system and how message traffic through the nerves can become corrupted/​diverted if the spine has issues. In other words your body compensates all the time, this can affect and impact other moving parts. It all makes sense. I am becoming more flexible and am in the process of preventive medicine to keep my body functioning at a higher level than before. My previous attitude of «if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it» has changed to «keeping what I have running longer».

His front office staff took care of all my insurance questions and contacted my insurance directly as I asked. His scheduling staff is amazing as well; they make it simple to schedule appointments. The appointment reminder texts help me coordinate my busy days!
The first time I visited Dr. Padilla I was surprised to feel so amazing. At that appointment, he explained the process of spine wellness to me in easy to understand terms. He took the time to address what our future goals were for my wellness and how he was going to address the minor issues that I had. Each month I have seen him I feel healthier and sleep better. I am a huge fan!

For two weeks I tried to «live» with an injury that was yet to be diagnosed and it was so painful that at 45 years old, I wasn’t able to walk 2 blocks without leaning on my girl friends shoulder! ONE VISIT to Dr. Padilla and not only did he diagnose me in about 30 seconds with a severe case of Sciatica, this pinched nerve had no chance.
After stretching me, cracking me and a little laser treatment, I RAN out of his office and played 18 holes of golf the next day, pain free.
Dr. Padilla is the best of the best. His passion for helping others and using the latest technology to insure your quickest recovery is so over the top that this man should be awarded with the keys to the city of San Diego… THANKS DOC!!!
If you haven’t been to Live Right yet, do yourself an amazing favor and just go see this state-​of-​the-​art facility. Their staff is second to none and they’ll take such great care of you (and your family)…I just can’t say enough, they’ve saved me now at least four times from injury and pain, THANK YOU TEAM LIVE RIGHT!!!

Dr. Grow is nothing short of amazing. My brother in law sent me here because he said this man was the best of the best. I can honestly say that I agree with him at this point even just after my first appointment.
I have a long history of different back issues from congenital to trauma related. I have been in and out of physical therapy clinics and different chiropractors and although I have found temporary relief none have given me significant hope.
I’m so happy to say that he has figured out something that no other doctor could in just 20 minutes and we are starting the process. Health care is expensive yes but if you talk to this clinic they will work with you, trust me.
As I said before I have had temporary relief but now I actually have hope that this issue can be resolved and no further damage be brought on to my spine.

Dr Padilla is amazing! I was in so much pain I could barely move my neck! After a few adjustments by Dr Padilla and a couple of massages by Bev I was pain free! :)

I’ve been going here and seeing Dr Padilla and Dr Grow for 5 year they are the only reason I get moving with out pain, best hands in the business I would totally recommend them and I always do!!! Laurie and Linda are the best handling the front office. So take my advice and make an appointment today!!!

This business is a deadbeat business. They do not pay their workers on time or not at all. I went there and was informed by a Louie guy, and he practically lived there as a cheap source of labor for that business. He explained the owner hired some cleaners to detail the place, and they would pay them monthly. Well it was three months later, and those cleaners never got paid. Meanwhile, they were paying for improvements with those cleaner’s money. The owner is a classic deadbeat. I would never do business at a place like that after Louie told me that. That place needs to be cleaned better in my eyes. What a dump. Take your business to a cheaper alternative, like LA fitness or 24 hour Fitness. They have actual trainers and free advice.

Dr. Marc Grow is a fabulous chiropractor! When I went to see him as a new patient I had pains down the back & front of my left thigh & I was swollen on the inside of my left knee. I was at a pain level of about a 7 & couldn’t sleep at night. After my first adjustment the pain level dropped to a 3. With a 2^nd adjustment the pain was virtually gone! He adjusted my back on the 3^rd visit and that was divine! All of the tension was released & my knots subsided in my shoulder blades. Now I am becoming a more flexible body skeleton due to Dr. Grow’s miraculous hands. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend coming here! Great customer service, takes many insurance plans, variety of health needs can be met in one stop. Lori or whoever is at the front desk is always so friendly and my experience with Dr. Grow for chiropractic visits has been great.

I have been to LiveRight a few times and this is a great business model. A comprehensive Wellness program that is multi-​faceted and truly wellness oriented. I have had spa services provided and the environment along with the spa services is one of the best I have had in the past few years. The front desk is very efficient and the location of the Wellness center is close to the freeway and also on one of the main arteries within the San Diego community. Their integrated medicine approach is definitely needed within the larger community. The only item that I would recommend that could be improved is that the facility is still under development since they took over an old bank facility but they have utilized all of the space efficiently.
I would strongly recommend that you give Live Right Wellness centers a try for your chiropractic, acupuncture, integrated medicine, spa and fitness needs.

I recently moved back to the area and was looking for a reasonably priced facial and happened upon this hidden gem in RB. I know they offer chiropractics, massage, and other things but I have not yet tried them so I can’t speak to that but as far as Alicia’s facials, peels, extractions, etc… AMAZING!!! She is so professional, warm, and gentle! It’s obvious she has a wealth of knowledge and experience based on the great insight and education she offers on my individual skincare needs. Also, she didn’t try to sell me on anything or pressure you to buy products like I have experienced with other estheticians which is so refreshing! I have returned 3 times now for facials and an eyebrow shaping and have referred my mother and my boyfriend! (I was shocked I got my boyfriend to go but he also had a great experience!)
Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend Live Right Wellness Centers and Alicia!!! She’s the BEST! =)

I have been going here for at least 8 – 9 months. Sara is the BEST massage therapist EVER. I probably won’t go to anyone else! I highly recommend to get your massage done by her. Not only is she awesome, the whole staff is very friendly and the entire spa is spotless!

Wow, what a great place!
My wife and I did a spa weekend in San Diego this weekend and we went to Live Right Wellness centers in Rancho Bernardo. .I heard great things about this place through an old friend of mine who lives in San Diego; however, I’m also very particular about massages and facials and was not sure if he was right. I have to say, we were way impressed with the quality of services we received! Lindsay gave me a gentleman’s facial that included a wonderful foot rub, which was truly heaven and worth the whole trip in itself ;-). After being very pampered by Lindsay, I then had an outstanding massage from Sara. I’m really particular about receiving a good massage and Sara really delivered… We were absolutely pleased and LOVED our spa day and will be coming back again soon.
When we were there we also took a tour of the place and was pretty intrigued with the whole holistic and integrated approach to healthcare. They have acupuncture, chiropractic, nutrition, fitness trainer, full gym and a place to get your dog alternative care (go figure!), and special other rejuvenation treatments.. We will have to make another weekend getaway and make a full day at this very cool and unique place.

I highly recommend Dr. Padilla as a chiropractor as well as a practitioner who is very knowledgable on general wellness issues. After some bad experiences with other chiropractors making my neck worse, he was the first to insist I get an MRI before he worked on me. I did as he suggested and found a great deal of damage in my neck. Fortunately, he has the Pro-​Adjuster which is the only modality safe for adjusting my neck with bulging discs. He has also given me tremendous relief with tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis using specialized techniques when cortisone shots and orthotics didn’t work. I love the staff and have been coming for
7 years. I also highly recommend Bev for massages and Dr Grow for chiropractic work.

Dr. Padilla and his staff are the best! Dr. Padilla is well versed in the latest techniques in chiropractic care. I have been seeing him for over 10 years for periodic back pain and he has been able to eliminate my pain. His holistic approach to integrative medicine addresses fixing the ailment versus the band aid approach many Western doctors prescribe. I have also learned that chiropractic treats other health issues such as the common cold. The staff are always friendly and are eager to assist.

Dr Grow is amazing!!! I give him 5 stars! He has helped my back and wrist pain so much! I will telling all my friends and family about him. The reason I have 2 star is because the place still needs some serious TLC!!!

At first, I was treated with kindness and a friendly smile. However, now I feel the environment has dwindled down to a condescending awkward one. The receptionists constantly nag about gratuities and are always frantically running around and speaking in high-​pitched voices. The chiropractor here is great, receptionists not so much. Not sure if I will return. Place is newly remodeled and looks great, but I cannot stand the waiting room atmosphere.
