Excellent personal trainer. Michelle is very knowledgable and always expanding her understanding of personal fitness. I have been seeing her two days a week for almost four years now. I can’t believe how much of a difference it has made in my life! No matter what your personal fitness goals might be Michelle is going to have a way to get you there. Her studio is comfortable and well laid out for any fitness activity you could imagine. Plenty of space and very private. No huge glass windows for the world to look in on you.

Variety, and new techniques! I play many sports and have been going to the gym for years so working out is not new to me, and I often get bored with running etc. I feel like Michelle works at your level and balances your skills with encouragement to expand your workouts with great new techniques. Most people know how to do a sit-up, however Michelle shifts things to redefine the movement and then you find yourself on a ball doing a move thinking, «wow, I really FEEL my abs working!». After only 4 sessions, Michelle had taught me at least 12 different workouts that I have never experienced before. I appreciate how Michelle focuses on your specific body and works to tailor the whole workout to focus on your goals and fitness needs. She responds to your feedback about what you like and dislike to guide your next workout. I imagine she would also be great for someone who has never worked out and would like a patient, kind guide to explore what techniques would best suit them. One of the most valuable aspects of training with Michelle is her focus on the integrity of each movement throughout the workout. It is challenging when you are at the gym or working out alone to push yourself to slow down and truly focus on lifting weights correctly or doing a squat/Pilates/strengthening move to the fullest extent of your capability. Michelle is awesome. I have been going to see her for about a year now and each week she kicks my bootie. She mixes pilates, weight training and classic strength exercises but the best part is that she always mixes it up and adds new exercises so you never get bored. I feel stronger, have more definition in my muscles and better posture. I highly recommend Michelle.

Since 2008, Michelle has been an enthusiastic personal trainer who focuses on provding a fun, kick-butt exercise program. Each workout is unique and the hour goes by quickly. The personal training aspect is great. I have learned new things about how my body works and how to stretch so that I am much more comfortable between Pilates sessions. I appreciate feeling more toned and stronger. Plus, she’s fun to be around. The option of working out with a partner is an added plus.
