Epic fail for service and food. It took over 10 minutes before a man came to the table for our drink order. Then another girl came to take the order, she acted like we were supposed to have known to use the little ordering monitor on the table. If that is what you want us to do, at least when you seat someone, you should explain it to them and turn it around so we can see the screen. The two of us shared an appetizer(garlic shrimp) and we each ordered soup and salad. Salad was way over-dressed and I pulled out a nasty piece of lettuce that was beyond dead. Soup was so salty that as I ate it I became more and more thirsty. Finally, I just stopped eating it, as it was like eating salt soup. Breadsticks not warm. The appetizer came out later and was lukewarm. The plate had a few small heavily breaded shrimp on it with garlic and lemon chopped up in it. They turned me off immediately because they were so breaded and had no real seasoning. We left most on the plate. That should be a red flag if your customer does not eat the food. Neither of us wanted to take them home, but my friend finally caved and said maybe her husband would eat it. I was with a friend I had not seen in a long time so I did not want to fuss about everything, but this was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences for lunch I have ever had.

Came here for a family birthday celebration so we had a party of 20+ guests. We don’t know why Olive Garden gets so crowded as there’s tons of other Italian restaurants who have much better food than OG does for pretty much the same comparable prices. That said, the food’s not bad or anything to complain about. It is commendable that OG lists the calorie content of their meals. Now there aren’t many things under 650 calories on the menu unless you just want to eat salad and soup. I opted for the unlimited soup and salad offering and had two servings of their Zuppa Toscana soup which is a semi-spicy cream based soup with Italian sausage, kale, and potatoes. DELICIOUS, so much so that I had to have two bowls to go along with my 3 servings of their house salad. More than enough to fill me up where I didn’t think I missed out on any of the entrees ordered by the rest of our large party. Our servers did a fairly good job of handling the drinks, food, and dessert orders. They sang a birthday song for the special guest. Food was as expected, prices were reasonable, dining room area was clean, wait time for our party size wasn’t very long. All in all, not a 5-star review but we really couldn’t complain either…

My 2 big concerns: the food and the service. I have been to Olive Garden a few times in my life at different places and this place sucks. The food is tasteless. And fyi, i dont eat salty stuffs. Also, I dont know if it is because my gang and i were picky asians, the server did NOT look happy serving my table. He seemed to be annoyed and i have to say, RACIST! Was he assuming that we were not going to leave him tips or what?! BIGDISAPPOINTMENT!

Well This Olive Garden was Ok but service was Sub Par not the best but I am a little Disappointed because they took away the deal where you can get buy one and get one meaning if you buy one of there specials then you can take one to go. That’s what brings me in to eat here but when you order most pastas come with unlimited bread sticks and Soup or salad. But all I have to say is please bring back that deal it was great !! Here are some pics of some of the plates I ordered !!

I love there new way of serving. It’s been very convenient for my husband and I to go grab a quick dinner pay without waiting for the waitress you can order without them and they bring your food right away love the new feature. Also love their new style menu they give you great value for food choices.

We don’t to get here to often but see when we do the food is always on point. The bread stix are hot fresh, the salad is fresh cold and delicious. But today we had the BEST server we have had out of any restaurant we had been to in a long time. Thank you so much«Kristina«our server she was so nice fast kept filling our drinks and salad but mostly seemed to enjoy her job… Kudos to the management for this little ball of fire. So many times we see all to often poor service that reflects the while chain on one poor dinning experience. Thank you again for a wonderful lunch Kristina job well done

Excellent service other than the long wait — to be expected on Christmas Eve. The menu has quite a variety of entrees. The lobster ravioli was very tasteful but the sauce was a bit too rich for me. The servers we had were friendly and attentive. The steak entrée — the only one — was cooked just right but the price at $ 24 was a bit high. It included a salad and a side. I thought the prices were a little higher than comparable restaurants offering similar dishes. I would definitely return and try other plates though. The atmosphere was good and the bathrooms were clean.

My son and I love to eat here, he normally offers the spaghetti or pizza, I usually order the tour of Italy or chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta. So delicious! With a bottle of Muscato! It’s always busy here they’re a little slow in the service by the time you get your food you have loaded up on breadsticks n salad that u don’t eat all of your entrée. If they can hire more servers and cooks that should fix the problem!

I love Olive Garden I don’t care what some say. I go in expecting exactly what I get, reasonable priced good quality good portioned Italian fare. All in all well organized setting. They do it at every location I have gone to throughout my travels and this one is not any different. And really… Who can’t resist free unlimited breadsticks.

Let me preface by stating this applied to my TO-GOEXPERIENCEONLY! I came in at 3:50 p.m. this past Saturday, I was nicely and quickly greeted by a older female host. I let her know I wanted to place a To-go order for one, to which she stated she would get the to-go order individual over right away to help me. I was waiting around 15 minutes before the to-go order individual acknowledged me, being asked over and over again if I had been helped yet… No, I haven’t. Finally, I asked the younger host if she could just take my order and give it to their To-Go person. Apparently this was a HUGE inconvenience to her host duties… which at that time were none because no other guest was walking in to be seated. My to-go order was placed, and I waited over 30 minutes for a simple salad and five cheese ziti pasta for one. Again, being asked repeatedly if I had received my order… clearly not if I had no bag with food in it. EVERYSINGLEPERSONTHATCAMEINTOPLACEORPICKUP A TOGOORDERWITHINTHETIMEFRAME I WASINTHEREWASPISSED. The to-go individual disappeared in the back never to be seen again. I appreciate that other servers tried to help but it was extremely inefficient. I finally received my order after standing up, pacing, and clearly looking irritated. Waiting for over 30 minutes for that order was absurd. Not only that but the individual who gave me my order, made the most asenine comment of: «The baby must be hungry.» To assume that the reason I was so irritated was due to my pregnancy was unacceptable, rude, and idiotic. The reason for my irritation was the COMPLETE lack of service to any of us who were there ordering/picking up to-go’s. I have never had such an awful restaurant experience. It took everything in me to keep myself composed without lashing out at her. I walked out of the restaurant with my to-go order for one exactly one hour after I walked in. Further, I tried calling to speak to a manager right after I left on Saturday and on Sunday right when they opened. Both instances I was placed on a 20 minute hold and no one came to the phone. Like I should be so surprised. I WILLNEVERORDERFROMHEREAGAIN and it will be a hell of a long time before I return here for a dine-in experience either.

This was simply the worse experience at an Olive Garden ever. The bread sticks were hard, the waiter had a half tucked shirt, with something all over it. He looked unclean. Not only did he forget the lemon ordered for the water he forgot the cheese on the salad. Poured cheese in my soup after I said no, spilled cheese all over the table. Maybe he was new, but he had no one training him. Additionally he brought out check and said I’m just dropping this here, so much for the pumpkin spice cheese cake I was yearning for. So much for the tip, or for ever having my patronage again. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Simply awful.

I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in a while, I remember it was decent but a bit on the pricier side. It must of been a few years since then but I recently came in and had lunch by the bar and stuck to the soup and breadsticks. Based just on that I have to give them props, the Italian Meatball Tuscan Soup I had was absolutely bomb. Add in the fact that it was endless and I must have had about 3 bowls… So frikin good and that’s not even mentioning the breadsticks and Alfredo… Iv literally gotten hooked on that alone. Iv came in another couple times since then and tried the breadstick chicken parm sandwich which was very good too. I had forgot how good Olive Garden was.

Something happened with Olive Garden. Sadly, it’s just not the same. We didn’t know where else to get a refreshing drink nearby with food so we ended up here. My best friend & I shared the ‘Tour of Italy’ special. We chose the chicken lombardy, fettuccine alfredo, & meat sauce lasagna. Bland, Bland, Bland. The Zuppa Toscana soup was still delcious so I was happy about that! I ordered a strawberry mango margarita & best friend ordered a moscato type berry drink. It was alright. I would be back if someone else paid for my meal & I would choose something else on the menu. Service was A++, wish the food complimented that.

If you are going to OG, make sure your get Cat as your server! You don’t have to ask, everything you need shows up on your table. She is very patient and knowledgable about the food/menu. Thanks Cat

Over a decade since my first time eating at Olive Garden in 2001 to now there’s not ONE dish that I would say is my favorite other than the Zuppa Toscana. That’s pretty sad if the main dishes aren’t as memorable as the soups. The Zuppa Toscana still tastes great. In fact, I found a recipe for Zuppa Toscana online and I made a batch in my Crockpot. If I may toot my own horn, my Crockpot batch turned out pretty good compared to OG’s. Before putting in our order, our server offered us a sample of a dessert wine which I saved for the end of the meal. My husband and I ordered the fried calamari which was nicely fried. On this visit, I tried out the Parpadelle Pescatore. My verdict: Never again. The sauce wasn’t that great and the seafood seemed like it was just tossed and cooked in the not-so-great sauce. The sauce lacked seasoning or aromatics. It’s like the sauce was straight out of the can and warmed up. I ate the shrimp, scallops, and clams and that’s about it. My husband let me taste his Steak Gorgonzolla Alfredo and I want to say that I preferred his choice of pasta better than mine, but still I wasn’t crazy about it. There was a sweet balsamic glaze on the steak that I felt would have been better served with mashed potatoes instead of the blue cheese Alfredo pasta. We opted not to get dessert and I finished the dessert wine that I saved. Overall, I think this last visit pretty much killed the Olive Garden dream for me. Just the quality of the food has gone down for me that I can do without. In Hawaii, there were news reports that OG was going to open up a restaurant finally on Oahu but it’s probably for the best that they don’t because back home in Hawaii we have some really great Italian restaurants that I can say offers better quality food than OG.

I’ve been going to this location for sometime. Tonight I have to say, disappointment describes my visit. The cook does NOT know his menu items. Two dinners missing ingredients for the dish. I’m sadden to say I will drive to Carmel Mnt next time. Their cook knows the menu. If you go here an feels like something is missing — ITIS check the menu By the way they changed their dough, an butter-garlic. It’s blah now Please let me know if this review was useful, funny or cool. Thank You so much

Let’s start off with why this place deserves the one star: Big portions of food, and the unlimited bread sticks, and salad. That’s it. As far as it goes with customer service, I’ts the worst experience ever. They didn’t really cleaned up the table from the people who were sitting previous to us. And made us wait forever even though there was plenty of space I noticed. The top of the iceberg was reached once I noticeably saw the rude waitress gossiping about their guests. We we’re really uncomfortable and decided to get everything to go after a while having in mind never coming back here. Oh, and by the way… They charge 3,79+ tax for a small dipping cup of marinera sauce. Also never experienced that. There are many other good restaurants in the surroundings, so spend your dollars elsewhere. Ridiculous.
