The Next Phase Movers were as good as they could be in helping us unpack and sort thgrough 20 years of kitchen things. They were very organised and made the entire process smooth, tidy, and attractive. and they did not stop until everything was to our satisfaction… I would recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Margaret and her team made a difficult situation easy– cleaning out a deceased relative’s apartment quickly. Working within a short window, they categorized, disposed, donated and consigned my aunt’s belongings. In addition to providing superior and reliable service, Margaret was sensitive to my grieving the death of my aunt. I would definitely recommend Next Phase Move for any family’s transitional living arrangements.

Margaret Zamora, Next Phase Move Assistance, and I shared a client who was moving from San Diego to South Florida where I have a Senior Move Management company called A Move Made Easy, Inc. Together we provided a smooth transition.
Although Margaret had only been in business for 3 years, she handled the transition like a seasoned professional. (wasn’t sure how many years at the time of the move)
Firstly, she created an in depth floor plan for us to follow to set up the clients furniture in his new surroundings. She packed up his things with care, sent us detailed notes to help in the unpacking, coordinated the mover and his schedule and kept us informed as to when the truck would arrive at this end.
Throughout the job, she was conscientious, caring and competent. There was excellent follow through until the client was settled into his new surroundings and even after to help me get our bill paid as we had trouble reaching the client after the move-​in.
The client could not say enough wonderful things about Margaret’s calm, patient manner and about how he enjoyed working with her. I also enjoyed working with her on the Florida end and look forward to having more jobs together with her.
